Christmas at Vermilion is a complete

Vermilion began as a restaurant and bar in 2007. It was designed by Miguel Cancio
Martins (Buddha Bar, Paris) and has become synonymous for it’s food, style and luxurious
atmosphere.
Whether you are looking to host a small family gathering, or a large celebration for up to 800 guests, you can celebrate in our
beautiful spaces, with professional staff on-hand and bespoke menus created at one
of Manchester's most reputable kitchens.
A complete entertainment and luxury hospitality complex across six spaces and three floors.

THE GRAND SUITE
This beautifully designed architecture, contains a mix of modern and antique furnishings, bespoked and sourced from around the world. The vast open space has no pillars,
double height ceilings, elegant chandeliers, bespoke carpeting, personalised lighting, a green room, a twin bar lounge (with LCD monitor) and it’s own fully fledged kitchen.
The high calibre audio and visual, consists of ceiling HD projectors, with its large screens, grid of hooks for extra lighting / sound rigs, stage, high tech microphone system,
designated easy access for third party suppliers and with audio infrastructure created by the designers of Manchester’s Albert Hall.

This modern events space offers greater versatility, with natural light fully integrated audio and visual system, including microphone system, HD projector and screen.

The lift or stairs lead up to the bar and adjoining restaurant, opening into a zigzag of angular, mirrored, copper tables for bar grazers. In this opulent restaurant, one is immediately submerged

Cinnabar's large space is tiered with stylish low tables, chairs and bar stools, DJ booth, a VIP section, a large HD projector and screen, and the iconic Cocoons.
