Producing the department budget and any re-forecasting each year. number of productions through attachments (Voyages of Discovery” – TX Nov 06, “Medical Mavericks” – TX Feb 07 and “Visions of the Future” – TX Nov 07). I have good knowledge on the BPS / mybusiness systems. I generated PO's, assist with contracts and artist requisitions and also order other general/specific equipment/stationary etc through quickorder. Whilst helping on productions I produced call sheets, coordinate shoots and other administration required. Implemented many new databases and systems e.g. logs of audience figures, publicity clippings from productions and down to the small detail e.g. contact lists for production team(s). I also coordinated a number of shoots and events, including a trip to the USA for to meet prospective presenters. Additionally, organising a full team-building 2 days and night event for 10 prospective presenters, from around the world; requiring researching events, producing a budget, booking crew etc and full travel arrangements etc.(My role expanded to look after 2 additional EP’s and all of their productions too, in July 2007).

Training Coordinator (May 2005 - Jan 2006)Working closely with Producers, I was responsible for scheduling multi-skilled staff and trainers to works as camera operators, sound recordists, editors and production operatives (and hiring-in freelancers when required) on production training courses. I was responsible for all paperwork associated with booking and paying freelancers and hired equipment, instructing the Central Purchasing Unit and checking / forwarding any invoices for payment.
