Dear CTK Families,

Some days and weeks can be really, very difficult. Sometimes we have to make phone calls or have conversations with people that we wish we didn’t have to have, but I’ve discovered it’s best to do the difficult thing and see how things resolve themselves.

We as a faith-filled people don’t believe in things resolving themselves. We believe that God has a hand in everything we do. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

Every morning I read to the students from the book, Jesus Calling, by Sarah Young. Jesus’s message to us time and time again is “Come to me” and “Don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.” Matthew 6:34
