Sole Pattern

Sole patterns are an important step in selecting boots based on the workapplication. You should look at both the tread pattern and the sides of the sole to see how easily debris can be pushed out of the channels.• Chevron or Ultragrip Sipe Soles are referred to as self-cleaning soles

because they clean themselves while you walk• Safety-Loc Soles provide traction during wet floor applications, where

a self-cleaning sole is not needed• Cleated Soles or Lug Soles are general industry soles that are

multi-purpose• Soles treated with aluminum oxide grit will provide added slip resistance

Impact Resistance

Footwear constructed to meet ANSI/ASTM standards canhelp prevent injuries from falling and rolling objects.

Leather Work BootsChoose a boot that will work as hard as you do. Boots feature a moisture wicking lining and a 12mm polyurethane padded insole with moisture wicking cover. Boots also offer PVC stormwelt moisture prevention and Goodyear welt construction. Therubber outsoles are oil, slip and heat resistant. Lace-Up stylesfeature an extended padded collar.
