Choose and Set Roles Throughout the Organization
1. Add, Edit or delete role groups as needed throughout your enterprise.
2. Select the role group to work with.3. Select the roles that can be selected by this
role group.4. Set the roles that can be assigned users
when create other new users.
Setting Group Roles
Adjust Roles Based on Location and Skill
1. The menu structure varies with each role group. Site Managers are responsible for much more, therefore they would have access to more menu lists.
2. In comparison, Site Users have a more limi-ted range of menu lists due to their skill set.
3. Mobile Users primarily utilize the handheld devices and may only need to access a few menus based on their role.
