Santa Clara, CA Production Control Planner 2004 to Present o Directly oversee and manage inventory depots domestically and globally: Tracked, traced, and monitored daily inbound, outbound, and stock level of all inventory transactions for accuracy. Researched, validated discrepancies, identified root cause, and drove corrective action to resolve any issues. Conducted physical inventories cycle count at various depots domestically. Implemented and managed stale inventories at various depots to minimize inventory levels; resulted in $100K cost savings. Maintained close communication with warehousing depots on a daily basis to ensure all transactions and documentations are accurate for on time delivery to customers. o Collaboration with cross-functional staff worldwide to ensure process flow: Collaborated directly with inside sales, accounting, engineers, senior management, and executives during audits.
