    Description:

    SBC Communications was a regional holding company that specialized in local,

    Wireless, internet service in the United States and internationally. Originally namedSouthwestern Bell Corporation it was changed in 1995 to SBC Communications. Originally

    holding only one local provider, the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, over the years thecorporation took over various others including Pacific Bell,Ameritech, SNET, andNevada Bell.

    Southwestern Bell Corporation was officially transferred full ownership January 1, 1984,

    they had three subsidiaries: Southwestern Bell Publications, Inc., a directory publisher;

    Wireless in voice and data transmission. It was first listed on the London Stock Exchange in

    Description:

    Vivo Telecom is one of the largest Telecomunication companies in and it is controlled bythe groups Portugal Telecom and Telefonica, is the mobile. Telecommunication Company that

    offers best quality in phone call according to anatal.

    The qualities that differentiate vivo from its competitors include the search for excellencein its services as well as in its relationship with customer, a large portfolio of services, especially

    innovative services of voice and data transmission, like access to mobile broadband internet,

    video transmission and other on-line communication formats

    This project involves Data Warehouse Development with integrated Data Marts spanning

    VIVO Core Enterprise Business processes to leverage trends and patterns hidden in the histaricalinformation on customers, service demand and revenue. By using this project the help of multi

    dimensional analysis feature.

    This project is mainly divided into three categories. Data modeling, data extractiontransformation loading, report generation. My part is to implement the data acquisition process.

    In the present Data Warehouse we have around 25 dimension and fact tables.

    After loading the data into warehouse system data will be loaded into various data marts.

    The warehouse data again classified into four subject areas. Those are customers, usage,revenue, subscription.
