Thanks for your interest in exhibiting at the Children's Pastors Conference in 2020! This con-ference, put on by the International Network of Children's Ministry, is the largest independent event uniquely designed to help leaders thrive in Children's Ministry. We gather around the magnifi-cent things we have in common: a deep love for the gospel, for the Lord, for His Word, and for children.
INCM has existed for 40 years to connect Children's Ministry leaders to what they need to flourish – high quality and holistic training, transformative resources, and a community that celebrates and supports one another. CPC is one of the most pow-erful ways we accomplish that mission.

CPC20 APPLICATION PROCESS

Why is there a committee reviewing the applications? Most exhibit halls are first come first served.
At CPC, we're interested in much more than just filling space. We are looking for organizations who will
support the Children's Ministry community well through useful and effective resources. At INCM we believe there is great value in re-viewing every application in order to understand your organizational goals and your heart for serving Children's Ministry leaders.
Space in the Exhibit Hall is limited, so unfortunately not every appli-cant is accepted. Our decisions are made with you and the attendees in mind. Your application is im-portant to us, so please take time to answer all of the questions fully.

CoachingDuring CPC, our attendees have the opportunity to sched-ule a free, 30-minute coaching session. Coaching is meant to help leaders move from where they are to where they believe God is leading them. Note: Involvement in Coaching and Breakout Training at CPC will overlap with some Resource Center hours. All Resource Providers are required to have booth coverage during all open Resource Center hours.
