Instructions for Completing the Application in eCImpact

Step 1:

Go to https://agency.e-cimpact.com/login.aspx?org=15085

- If you already have an account in e-CImpact, sign in using your existing agency credentials and skip to Step 5.

- If this is your first time accessing e-CImpact, follow the steps below to create an account.

Step 2:

Create a new e-CImpact account by clicking on the green box labeled “Click here to create a new e-CImpact account”

Step 3:

Follow the prompts to enter your agency’s EIN into the system

Step 4:

Once your EIN is entered, the Agency Registration will automatically populate your agency’s name. Please complete the registration by entering contact information for your agency, including a primary staff contact. The primary contact will receive all future communications through e-CImpact.

At the end of the Agency Registration page you will create your log in. This login is unique to each staff member. Use your email as your username.

Step 5:

Once on the home page, you can access the application by clicking on “Chicago Community COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund” on the left hand side of your screen in the Apply/Report section.

Step 6:

This will take you to the prequalification page. Please submit your information to qualify for the application process.

To qualify, your organization MUST be a 501c3 OR be fiscally sponsored by a 501c3 for at least two years. In addition, your organization must be providing emergency response services either in person or virtually.

Please complete this form and make your selections carefully. Agencies that are disqualified at this stage will not be able to complete the application.

Once you have completed your information, review and then select “Complete Registration” at the end of the page

Step 7:

You will now be able to access the application. You may do so by selecting “complete” or by returning to the main page and selecting “Response Fund Application” from the left hand side.

Step 8

You will now see the application in the center of the page. You may click on the Chicago Community COVID-19 Rapid Response Application to complete the application.

Step 9

When finished, you will have the ability to “SAVE MY WORK AND MARK AS COMPLETE.” Selecting this option will mark your application as complete and you will no longer be able to make changes.

Once the application is marked complete, you will be able to submit the application. You must select “Submit” to complete your application, otherwise it will be treated as incomplete and will not be reviewed.
