Assist Central Office with budget planning and needs each year; familiarize self with all aspects of center budget to ensure that all resources are managed effectively and within budgetary constraints. Purchase all equipment and supplies needed with approval of Central Office; maintain all food and kitchen supply inventories. Verify income and determine fee for each child in accordance with CACC fee scales. Provide information to parents on Purchase of Care program and collect/record payment of fees from parents, using tuition software. Make bank deposits and reconcile appropriate child’s records. Minimum Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood or relevant degree preferred.
