What you need to know about switches, connections and socket outlets

Switches

Thenumberofswitchpointsperroomdependsonthenumberoflightcircuitsthat

havetobeswitchedordimmedandonthetypeoflighting.Moreover,thenumber

ofdifferentplacesfromwherethelightpointshouldbeabletobecontrolledalso

playsarole.

Socket outlets

Countthenumberofelectricappliancesthatyouregularlyuseperroom.

Alwaysaddsomeadditionalconnectionpoints.Onthespotswhereyouneed

severalsocketoutlets,preferablyplacemultiplesocketoutlets.

Types of light switches

Single-pole switch
