A: I get up at around -----------pm/am. After getting ready, I leave for my office at about -----------pm/am.

My office time generally are off about -----.After reaching my home at ------- pm/am , I spend my time

with my family/friends. I also like to spend my free time doing (mention your hobbies). On holidays I like

to watch movies/play video games/surf the internet/ whatever you prefer.

Q: My computer is not booting anymore. Would you like to suggest some steps of troubleshooting to me

to fix it?

A: If your computer is not booting properly , try these steps

1: Check for the power supply, switch off the power supply and then(and not than) switch it back on.

2:Hard Boot: Press power supply for 30 seconds , then start the system, press the power button for 30

seconds , then start the system, repeat the process for about 4 to 5 times, hope it starts .

3: Depending on the model of the computer every model has a particular dedicated key or a

combination of keys which pressed will take us to BIOS, BIOS is (Basic Input Output System) .

Q: What is BIOS?

A:BIOS is software that is built into the system. It is the first software run by a computer when powered

on.

Q: I am not able to connect to the Internet, can you help me?

A: I am very sorry for the trouble you are facing .Please follow the following steps

1: Kindly reset your modem.

2: If the issue is not solved , than please contact your Internet Service provider(ISP) .
