Charismatic Leader may not want to change anything and are only focused on themselves than anyone else

Dangers of Charismatic Leaders

Leaders can become addicted to charisma by taking their charismatic capabilities for granted

Organizations can become addicted to the charismatic leader; followers can become overly dependent on the leader.

Charisma grows for its own sake and forgets its purpose
