there were not enough slots to satisfy demand for RGEP, PE, and other service

courses. The reason students cannot enlist in their desired classes is usually due to

limited slots. Only the departments/colleges offering these subjects can do something

UE Enrolment Process

1. Open internet explorer browser.

2. Type website address www.ue.edu/iEnroll/login.html

3. Log-in your student number, access code and birth date.

4. Select subjects to be enrolled using curriculum template.

5. Click Add to add new subject/s and Remove to remove selected subject/s.

6. After selecting desired subjects, click Cash or Installment to select type of

payment.

7. Click Save button to save the selected subjects.

8. Immediately after completing enrollment process, print a temporary

registration card from your computer.

9. After printing, go to the bank with the temporary registration card as basis

of partial or full payment.

10. After payment go to the designated window/s of the UE Cashier for

issuance of registration card and official receipt the following day or before

start of classes.

Program Design and Development Program Objectives

The proposed computer based enrolment system of the high school department

of La Consolacion School Pasig City aim to achieve the following program

objectives:

just to fill forms, which sometimes become redundant, or stand in line and pay at the

cashier. It is with the web based Enrolment System for VPS that this new style of

enrolment may be achieved. This new type of system offers the student with new

options for enrolling at VPS. Just by logging on to their website the student may

create his new account for the current year he is to be enrolled in. with this, all the

student has to do is to fill up certain forms that do not take more than a few minutes to

accomplish. Then the records will be stored in the school database for future

references. After that the student will be given confirmation that the transaction has

been verified and all that the student has to do is visit the school and pay appropriate

amount for the current school year. The student may also browse the web sites for

VPS and he can check his current account. He can also see the list of the school

current tuition fee rates. For further enhancement of the site, an on-line payment or e-

commerce is highly recommended. This feature for the system could be achieved by

collaboration of the school with banks to provide easier payment and a more secure

transaction. Posting of grades can also be a great addition to the site. Especially the

breakdown of each grade can be seen by the students but without utmost security.
