    TECHNICAL ASPECT

    I. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

    After determining the market size and area, service demand and growth, the

     potential and technical feasibility of the study must be analyzed. This stage deals with the

    equipments and services that will be needed in order to satisfy the market. The

    researchers estimate the total project cost and enumerate the major items of capital cost.

    The estimated cost of the project should be reasonably low as much as possible in order 

    to regain the starting capital as soon as possible. The objectives of the technical aspect is

    to determine to what extent the project meets the technical soundness criteria, to illustrate

    the business size and lay out of the business and to determine the necessary equipments

    to be used in the operation of the business.

    in. The assigned officer of the day will greet and assist the customer to log in on the log

     book and choose the service that the customer will avail. After logging in, the customer 

    will relax for some time. Then, the therapist will assist the customer and bring the latter 

    to the massage room to avail of the availed massage or spa service. The therapist will

     provide refreshments for the customer. After finishing the massage, the customer will go

     back to the assigned cashier to pay and log out in the log book.

    Telecommunication is the exchange of information over significant distances by

    convey information, for having a fast transaction pertaining to the customer>s feedback,

    VIII> WASTE MANAGEMENT DISPOSAL

    The priority of the business owners are the customers. The management would

    like to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility. The employees of &ody 'assage

    and (pa are needed to comply with the set of standards in cleanliness specifically with

    the proper disposal of waste. &ody 'assage and (pa provides three 75: trash bins in the

    reception area, waiting area and in the office with cover and proper label for segregation.

    The garbage will be collected per day by the garbage collector in the community. This

    kind of system will be continually observed in the business day to day operation.
