Chapter 4 PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

This chapter contains the different experimentation process to analyze and test the

performance of the system that the proponents used.

4.1 Introduction

The proponents conducted some experiments to know if the proposed system will truly

help every teachers and students during the examination period at Valenzuela Christian School.

Certain task has to be able to know if the system meets the objectives and requirements of the

system.

4.2 Experimental

4.2.1 Interview

The proponents conducted an interview to Valenzuela Christian School in order to gather

needed information. The host company acknowledges the requested interview and survey for

teachers by the proponents. The thesis adviser also gave advice necessary data about the

proposed system.

4.2.2 Research

In order to gather data to develop the proposed system, the proponents visited different

websites and refer to other books or thesis books related for the objective of the study.

4.2.3 Collecting Forms

The proponents gather forms which were needed in developing the system. The

proponents get sample reports in the host company such as survey from teachers, examination

questionnaires and the like.

4.3 Results and Analysis

In the experiments that the proponents have conducted in the proposed system

out that due to lack of teachers and other employees at school as well as the recent

implementation of the K-12 program, they find it hard to work smoothly and beat the deadlines

on time. With the use of the proposed system, it will lessen the loads of the teachers especially

during examination period. There will be certain restrictions and strict monitoring during and

after examinations.

Summary

The proponents undergo evaluation procedures about the created system and gathering of

data. The system was evaluated by the thesis adviser. Information gathering about the proposed

system, consulting other thesis books and interviewing of IT Administrator of Valenzuela

Christian School were also made.
