2.1 Installation dimensions

2.2 Installation location requirements

To prevent overheating inside the machine, use a normal wall mounting. Up and down as required Provide adequate space for heat dissipation.

Stay between the programmable controller host and other equipment or structures more than 50mm gap. Far away from power lines, high-voltage equipment and power equipment.

2.3 fixation methods

DIN slot fixed step

a.DIN mounting slot is level fixed on the backplane;

b.Pull out DIN slot card which is below the bottom of the PLC;

c.hang onto the PLC DIN, withhold the card back into place, locking PLC;

d. Finally, the two ends of the PLC and then slot the card file with DIN fixing to avoid sliding around. With

screw mounting: the presence of the impact of the occasion, it is recommended to use two M4 screws.

3.1.2 Communication Interface Definition



Round MD8 communication port is RS422 communication port, support FXPLC programming agreement，

exactly the same as FX2NPLC , You can complete the program download (using the SC-09 programming cable), text, touch screen or configuration king other software communications.

3.4.2 Internal Equivalent Circuit

Transistor output type output terminals are divided into several groups,each group is electrically isolated,

Output contacts of different groups can be connected to different power supply circuits.Transistor output stage

can only be used DC24V DC load circuits.

Note: Y0, Y1 point for both high-speed output,COM0 and COM1 internally short circuit (see Figure 3-

6);Y6,Y7 point for both high-speed output,COM3 and COM4 also short circuit internally;Y6, Y7 point for

both normal transistor output,Between COM3 and COM4 are electrically isolated.

when MR-type PLC connected to inductive loads of AC circuit, external RC circuit should be considered

instantaneous voltage absorbing circuit,Corresponding to the DC circuit inductive load, you should consider

increasing the freewheeling diode. As shown below.

1) The maximum frequency of PLSY, PLSR, ZRN, DRVI and DRVA pulse output instruction is 100KHz,if the

output pulse is higher than 10K, you must make M8149 = ON.when high-speed pulse output instruction

that FX2N PLC does not support,create FX1N projects, inputing 1N high-speed pulse output instruction

into the program,and then COPY to 2N project.

2) When Y0 is used for pulse output , M8080 to be set to OFF, you can not use DA0, DA1 analog output.

3) When Y6 is used for pulse output , X0 can not be used as a high speed counts input.

4) When Y7 is used for pulse output , X3 can not be used as a high speed counts input.

Chapter 4 Programming Reference

Note: This series PLC applies to GX 8.52E and the following version (PC to install XP system);Support

Windows7 GXDeveloper version，but not read the program. Adds encryption features,Ordinary encrypted

passwords, confidential performance in general, with the serial communication software can be read out.If you

require a higher encryption, use strong encryption feature, the user password is set to 12345678, You

complete closure the function of reading the ladder program,thereby protecting the user program.In this

encrypted state, you can not modify user passwords and read out the ladder program, PLC Storage space can

be only cleared by position machine monitoring software to recover the non-encrypted state.
