1. These Regulations luay be cited as the Land Acquisition Ciuuiun.

(Prescribed Form s) Regulations.

2. In these Regulations , "the Act" means the Land Tn tprprpt<ltinn

Acquisition Act.

3. The forms required to be prescribed under sections 3(I), Prescribedtorms.

4(2)(h) , 5(1), 5(3) and 5(9), 6(1), 7(1), 8(2), 22(2) , and 23(1) ofthe Act are the forms set out as Forms A to K respectively, in theSchedule .
