Ad size 1 month 3 months 6 months Banner 2 ½" x 7 ½" $100 $75 per month $50 per month Display 2 ½" x 3" $75 $150 per quarter $240 semi-annuallyPlease email artwork by the 1st of the month for the next month’s issue.Full-page insertProvide 1,400 flat copies, regular weight (maximum 100 lb. coated text or 80 lb. offset text), non-glossy 8 ½" x 11" paper, any color, by the 10th of the month prior. Cost per insertion: $225/$275 for 2-sided.Business Focus pageProvide a 600 word article on an informational topic in your area of expertise that is of interest to the business community. Submit by email no later than the 1st of the prior month. Space must be reserved ahead of time with membership manager Gabriel Szczepanik ([email protected]). The Chamber reserves the right to edit content for suitability and space. Please include a brief author and company bio, as well as high-resolution image files of the company logo and author (head shot preferred). Cost: $100 per issue.
Membership list by e-mailPrimary contact, company name and U.S. postal address of 900+ Chamber members. Cost: $175 for Excel data emailed to you.
Website advertisementsFront page banner ad: Your ad will appear on the Chamber’s home page and rotate on navigation or click. Cost: $125 per month (six-month minimum). Exclusive, interior web page banner opportunities are also available.
Tile ad: Your ad will appear on interior Chamber website pages and rotate on navigation or click in sequence with a limited number of other members. Cost: $75 per month (six-month minimum).
Category sponsorship: Your ad will appear exclusively as the category sponsor within the Chamber’s online membership directory. Cost: $75 per month (six-month minimum).
Enhanced online listing: Help your Business Directory listing stand out on the Chamber’s website by adding your full-color logo, and up to four additional, searchable category listings. Cost: $100 per year.
Capital Connections newspaper featureCapital Connections is an ongoing, monthly Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce feature in he Concord Monitor that brings exclusive news and updates from the Chamber to the Greater Concord community on a two-page, full-color spread. Membership DirectorySign-up: October – NovemberDistribution: 2,000Published: AnnuallyOpportunities: The Membership Directory contains detailed member data, listed both alphabetically and categorically. It is the region’s go-to tool for business connections, local products, and services. Advertising opportunities include enhanced listings (additional contacts and categories), and display ads: business card ($400), 1/3 page ($450), half-page ($500), full-page ($700) and premium (contact Kathy Bacon for locations and pricing).
Guidebook to Greater Concord Sign-up: January-FebruaryDistribution: 8,000Published: Annually Opportunities: The Guidebook is a 4-color, professionally produced publication that offers an in-depth look at the quality of life and culture in our community. It includes magazine quality, full-page ads, and business listings. Pricing details upon request. The distribution includes relocation packages provided to students, families, and retirees, as well as highly-trafficked locations like our Visitor Center, the I-93N Welcome Center, hotel lobbies, medical and legal offices. It can also be ordered and shipped from our website for wedding guests, family reunions, etc.
Map & GuideSign-up: March-AprilDistribution: 40,000Published: Annually
Opportunities: Circulated throughout New Hampshire and to Capital area visitors, this colorful Map & Guide is a tourist’s must-have, showcasing things-to-do and places-to-go in
the Concord area. It is distributed to hotels, restaurants, attractions, and all major visitor centers; plus it’s viewable online with live links to your website! People also order these
through the Chamber’s online gift shop. Advertising opportunities include 4-color panel ads with map key coordinates in the following sizes: business card ($360), coupons ($600),
quarter panel ($500), half panel ($725), full panel ($1,300).
Street Map & Business DirectorySign-up: August – SeptemberDistribution: 5,000Published: On demandOpportunities: Widely used by visitors, residents, and those relocating to the area, our Street Map features a detailed road index of Concord and Penacook with points of interest and map coordinates. Also included: maps of Merrimack County, Bow, Boscawen, Epsom, Hopkinton, and Pembroke. Advertising opportunities include 4-color ads and business listings. Pricing details available upon request.
