Once a month we email the Chamber’s newsletter directly to more than 1300 contacts and quarterly we post mail to 500+ members; we also give them to potential and new Chamber members and we display them for FREE in our Visitors Center.

A basic Member Directory listing is Included with our Entrepreneur Membership. An active hotlink from our site to yours is available for and additional $49 annually but is included free of charge in all upper tiers (Business Chairman’s Circle)
Your listing can feature your contact information, business summary, hours of operation, driving directions with an interactive map and customizable key words for search engine optimization (SEO).
Also available are photo/logo inclusions, submission of Hot Deals (special offers you create and submit to the site), your calendar events and reports on your hit/traffic statistics. With a login and password, you can access your profile to make changes and updates to your account at any time!

Opportunity #4 - Evergreen Chamber of Commerce Website
The Evergreen Chamber of Commerce produces an annual publication as a community resource guide. For those who want advanced marketing awareness, quality full color advertising space is available to our members.

Opportunity #5 – Listing in Member Directory/Annual Chamber of Commerce Magazine
and on Website
Your Chamber is also the Official Evergreen Area Visitor Information Center. Located inside our new office, we display your flyers, rack cards, business cards, and event posters for visitors to access.
We also provide referrals by phone and to visitors stopping by. Let us know what you are doing and we will spread the word!
Realtor members have a specialized referral system. Please ask for details.
Opportunity #6 – REFFERALS via Visitor Information Center & Chamber Business Office
Your Chamber is active online through social media. Find us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Feel free to post to our Wall and invite us to your events. We have 1400+ friends who are active on our pages. We have found Social Media to be the hottest way to get the word out on what is happening with our member businesses.
Opportunity #7 – Social Media Exposure and Participation
Our website is THE place to submit your calendar events to. Visitors and members check here first to find out what is happening. It is FREE for everyone and available to all.
We also repost events in our weekly eBlast with a quick link for event submissions. You can also include a website, photos, gallery, and interactive maps. Once active on the website, guests can view weather forecasts, set an email reminder, invite friends, print event summaries and add to their calendars.
Opportunity # 8– Community Calendar
When you join the Chamber, your Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be scheduled and you will be interviewed by staff.
Your biography and photo will be featured in our Newsletter and on our website in addition to in our Visitor Center Display Window.
We will also invite our membership and contact list to attend your Ribbon Cutting through our eblast, our online calendar and through our social media networks. This is your chance to introduce yourself and highlight the wonderful qualities of your business!
Opportunity # 9– New Member Business Biography and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
We get Visitor and Relocation requests via phone, email, our website, and from walk-ins for Evergreen and Chamber Member information.
Opportunity # 10– Mailing of Brochures/Flyers in our Inquiry Packets
For only $25 month, we will insert your pre-printed advertising material (you provide or pay for the copies) into our packets.
Tell the world about who you are and what you do!
Membership tiers Executive and higher receive a complimentary Feature Article (300-450 words plus photo) that will be placed in our eblast and on our website.
Put a face to your name and spread the word about your business, your employees, your specials, your goals, whatever suits your fancy!
Partner member feature articles receive designation as Member of the Month while Chairman’s Circle members are designated as CEO or company profiles in the annual directory.

Throughout the year we will notify you of additional advertising opportunities available. We get offers from community, state and national publications in addition to several non-profit organizations looking for Evergreen representation.
Rates are typically at a very reduced cost when multiple members participate.

Prices vary depending on event. This is an extremely popular way to have your business stand out as a supporting member. Our Executive, Partner and Chairman’s Circle memberships include credits for event sponsorships.

Some of our sponsorship opportunities include:

Opportunity # 15– Business Mixers (Attend and Host)
Member businesses of the Evergreen Area Chamber have a solution for said problems through the Chamber’s LEADs Groups. The groups are comprised of up to 30 Chamber member businesses who meet on a regular basis.
The purpose of a LEADs Group is to continuously exchange referrals and to expand your business network. Membership in each group is limited to one person per business category, thus creating no competition for leads within any specific group.
Cost is $40 annually. Partner and Chairman’s Circle Memberships receive one free membership per year.

Starting at just $40, you can receive visitor and member contact information to use for your own marketing purposes. We collect the data, you use it to market using your own campaigns.

The last and possibly the best way that you can promote your business is by getting involved. When you volunteer for a committee, for event planning, and especially for helping staff in the office, people get to know who you are and what you do FAST! (we are currently looking for folks who can commit at least 2 hours weekly in the office in addition to event support)
