APPLICATION
PowerTrak CHA 560 is a hydraulic top hammercrawler drill
designed for 5189 mm (2"3")diameter blast holes in construction
projects usingR32 and T38 (11/4" and 1") extension drill
steels.
PowerTrak CHA 560 is a robust drill in constructionand therefore
very well suited for work in demandingterrain. It is equipped with
HL510 hydraulic rock drill,chain feed, telescopic boom and
powerpack, allmounted on an oscillating FL6 type undercarriage.The
crosswise mounted powerpack - engine, aircompressor and hydraulic
pumps - is mounted at therear of the rig to balance the weight of
the boom,feed and rock drill. This keeps the body of the drillshort
and guarantees good stability. Fitted withpowerful tramming motors
the gradeability of the unitis excellent.
PowerTrak CHA 560 is powered by Caterpillar3056E diesel engine,
which fulfills TIER II & STAGEII emission requirements, and
features lower fuelconsumption and longer service life than
conventional diesel engines. The drill is fitted with acomplete
safety and monitoring system for easyoperation and fast
maintenance.
All drilling and boom controls are based on provenhydraulic
components. This straightforward designensures reliable operation,
easy trouble shooting andsimple service and maintenance procedures.
Theoptional feed-percussion follow-up in control systemensures
maximum penetration rates and rock toolservice life in all rock
conditions. The cooling systemon CHA 560 is designed for wide
temperature range,from the extreme cold in the North to the heat
of
deserts.
