The Davey ISOspec® Series is comprised of 29 standard sizes. Pumps with different impeller diameters and speeds are available to satisfyvarious performance ranges. Performance curves within this catalogue are in compliance with ISO2858 standards.

Design Features
Bronze wear rings - fitted as standard,replaceable front & rear wear rings withoptional materials, for a trouble-freelifecycle.
Bronze impeller - in a closed design isfitted as standard to prevent corrosion instationary or inactive situations. Cast 304SSor 316SS are available on request. The useof 3-D solid model (CAD) Computer AidedDesign and (CFD) Computational FluidDynamics ensures high efficiencies,reducing overall running costs. Impellerdiameters can be trimmed to suit specifiedperformance. ISOspec® impellers aredynamically balanced, providing smooth,vibration free operation, preventingpremature bearing failure.
Pump casing - highly efficient cast ironvolute casings, with flanges rated toPN1.6MPa (16bar), drilled to AS2129, TableE. Material options: 304SS or 316SS.
Casing o-ring - re-usable o-rings in Nitrilefor ease of re-assembly (optional materialsavailable).
Shaft seal - single, high quality John Craneor approved equivalent mechanical seal withcarbon vs ceramic fitted as standard to allISOspec® Series pumps with other optionssuch as Silicone vs Silicone or high tempalso available.
Tappings - convenient suction & dischargepressure gauge tappings plus volute drain,fitted as standard to all ISOspec® Seriespumps.
Back pull-out design - allowing for easyremoval of rotating element withoutdisturbing the pipework, lagging or pumpvolute casing. This is proven to reducedowntime whilst performing routinemaintenance.
CM Series adaptor housing - heavy duty,flanged to IEC accepting AS 1359 standarddesigned motors.
Enlarged shaft - reduces shaft deflection.Standard in 420SS & 316SS as an option.Tapered & keyed shaft design allowing easeof removal in maintenance & positivelocking whilst in operation (CF Series only).
Stub shaft - standard in 316SS, attached viaa heavy duty muff coupling assembly.Tapered & keyed shaft design allowing easeof removal in maintenance & positivelocking whilst in operation (CM Series only).
Bearings - Heavy duty SKF or approvedequivalent, greased for life, reducingmaintenance. Protected by a qualitymanufactured lip seal reducing ingress ofmoisture or foreign matter. Housed withinremovable bearing cap cover assembly (CFSeries only).
CF Series bearing housing - Robust / heavyduty, manufactured in high strength castiron providing trouble-free life cycle.
CM Series Motors - All motors are MEPScompliant ensuring minimum efficiencyrequirements to AS/NZS 1359.5.2000.IP55, TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled),insulation class F, temperature rise class B,415V, 50Hz. Other voltages available uponrequest.
Davey ISOspec® design is in accordance with international standards of ISO2858, whichmeans ISOspec® Series pumps are interchangeable with other similar pumps, conforming tothe same standards. This ensures a robust, long lasting, high performing product consumershave come to depend on from Davey.
