Registration fee: $800 paid through the website EvanstonAcupuncture.net.The fee includes 21CEs for Doctors of Chiropractic and Licensed Acupuncturists, NCCAOM approved 21CEUs for acupuncturists, lecture, supplies for the hands-on practice, demonstrations of needling techniques applied in cosmetic acupuncture, and hands-on training in cosmetic acupuncture and application of accessory modalities of TCM for body rejuvenation. A certificate of cosmetic acupuncture will be presented to each student at the end of the course. This training qualifies for coverage of practicing cosmetic acupuncture by the American Acupuncture Council malpractice insurance. Food and refreshments will be provided at the seminar.

Program Outline:

Day 1. Friday, 9.21.2018Safety protocol. Needling technique. Needle manipulation. Pain blocking technique for needle insertion. Differential diagnosis and treatment protocols of underlying conditions in cosmetic acupuncture. Case studies. Demonstration. Hands-on training.

Day 2. Saturday, 9.22.2018Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of skin problems. Face lift, neck lift, droopy eyelid acupuncture protocols. Facial Gua Sha protocol. Stretch mark reduction, cellulite treatment, scar treatment protocols. Case studies. Herbal formulas for body detox, weight loss, and parasite treatment. Hands on training.

Day 3. Sunday 9.23.2018Accessory modalities of facial and body rejuvenation: application of intradermal needles, hand needles, spider vein treatment, plum blossom application for hair growth, derma roller application, electric stimulation and cupping for facial symmetry, cupping for sculpting of abdomen and hips. Triple needle combination protocol for abdomen, hips, buttocks, upper arms. Breast enhancement protocol, Bell’s Palsy treatment protocol.Hands on training. Graduation ceremony.
