Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery. Workers may be required to demonstrate leadership and have limited responsibility for the organisation and the quantity and quality of outputs of others within limited parameters. STUDENT SUPPORT & GUIDANCE

Where the student is experiencing any difficulties he/she should be referred to the Principal who will seek to assist. If the student’s needs exceed The One International College’s support capacity it will refer the student to an appropriate external agency.

It is The One International College’s policy to provide additional learning assistance to students who are struggling without involving any additional costs.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTSTraining delivery may include group work and individual work as determined by the Unit of Competency and the trainer.

• delivered over 52 weeks of institutional based trainingand assessment

• 12 weeks school break• 20 hours of face to face study per week• approximately 10 hours individual study per tuition week

It is planned that a student will complete all 18 units of competency within a calendar year of commencement.
