2. Application:

The required amount of Cepreton UC p is dispersed in cold water. Dispersions with up to 15% active substance are pumpable and pourable. Higher concentrations produce high viscosity pastes. Cepreton UC p can be added straight to the drum in cold water after the final rinse for garment dyeing, jeans washing and in laundries. Preparing Cepreton UC p dispersions The required amount of pastilles can be added into cold water and stand for several hours, then stirring for several minutes until homogeneous dispersion is made. If 50-60ºC warm water is used, the required Cepreton UC p can be added into the warm water under stirring, then stirring until homogeneous dispersion is made.

0.2-1 % Cepreton UC p pH: 4.5-5.5 for cellulosic fibres pH: 6-7 for wool and synthetic fibres Temperature 20-40°C for cellulosic fibres 40-60°C for wool and synthetic fibres 15-20 min - hydro-extraction and dry at the usual temperatures. When applying Cepreton UC p in jeans washing or in garment dyeing machine the granules can be added straight to the cold treatment liquor after the final rinse.
