Welcome to Romania & Serbia!

Both Romania and Serbia are two of the most interesting markets for investors, in South East Europe. We will be expecting members from China, India, UAE, Greece, USA, Argentina, S. Africa and Brazil in order for them to do business and seek new opportunities.

Our unique non-profit thirty-four years association, CEO Clubs International, will be establishing a permanent Chapter under the leadership of Ms Georgia Kartsanis. Our members are interested in establishing new business contacts in Romania and Serbia. Join us!

DAY 1 – Thursday, December 8We are going to have breakfast at the Hotel that the Launch will take place and a Press conference. Then we will relax and get ready for the afternoon event.

Meet the founders of the local Club and the speaker of the Forum, Dr SriniPillay Author, Researcher & Thought Leader on Neuroscience for Organizational Change, Founder of NeuroBusiness Group and assistant Clinical professor at Harvard Medical School. Dress code: Suite and Tie.

DAY 2 – Friday, December 9Business will be done at the Friday city tour and lunch. This is the chance to meet members, the Founder of CEO Clubs Inc, Dr Joseph Mancuso and the Founders of CEO Clubs Romania, Ms Georgia Kartsanis, Mr. Sotiris Chatzidakis and Mr. Alexander Athanassoulas.

Flying to Belgrade. Free day with no formal programs planned. Dinner to be planned in the evening. Location TBD.

Lunch will be organized. This is the chance to meet local members, the Founder of CEO Clubs Inc, Dr Joseph Mancuso and the Founders of CEO Clubs Romania, Ms Georgia Kartsanis, Mr. Sotiris Chatzidakis and Mr. Alexander Athanassoulas.

The speaker at both launches is going to be Dr Srinivasan Pillay, Phd in Psychiatry. He is an author of Life Unlocked: 7 Revolutionary Lessons to Overcome Fear (Rodale, 2010), Your Brain and Business: The Neuroscience of Great Leaders (FT Press, 2010/11), The Science Behind The Law of Attraction (NBG, 2011).

He is also a Thought Leader on Neuroscience for organizational change, the founder and CEO of NBG an assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School.

CEOs from Greece and UAE are expected to attend as well.

Dr. Joe Mancuso

The founder of the 33 year old not-for-profit ChiefExecutive Officers Clubs (CEO Clubs), Joe Mancuso is theentrepreneur's entrepreneur. Mancuso is a popularspeaker and participants have paid over $150,000,000 tohear the talks and workshops conducted or arranged byJoseph Mancuso.

Mancuso is undoubtedly best known as an author. His books and tapeshave been heard or read by more small business people than those ofany other management author, according to Simon & Schuster. In addition, Joe has authored numerous magazine articles andbooklets; in such a diverse magazines as Playboy, Penthouse, Success,Harvard Business Review, The Journal of Marketing and The Journal ofSmall Business. His materials about business plan preparation haveoutsold all other authors combined.

Joe holds an Electrical Engineering degree from WPI and an MBA fromthe Harvard Business School. His Doctorate is from Boston University inEducational Administration. He was the Chairman of the ManagementDepartment at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Massachusettsbefore launching the CEO Clubs in 1977. He lives in Manhattan, withhis wife and business partner, Karla, their two children Max and May.His three married daughters have given him six grandchildren.

About the President

Georgia Kartsanis

A multicultural professional with rich line experience in senior posts from the professional services, industrial and technology sectors, within the markets of Greece, USA and the Middle East.

Till mid 2009 and for 10 years, she served the Executive Search Consultancy sector building the Stanton Chase Athens and Dubai offices. Under her leading role in Executive Search Georgia transformed her organization to making Stanton Chase in the region one of the top 3 players, providing herself consultation to her clients on organizational and talent strategy matters as well as to her top executive candidates coaching on how they can make an effective career move/transition and market themselves effectively .

Her previous work experience included international and senior line positions with 3M and Philip Morris in Greece and with Kendall (today TYCO) and WR Grace companies in the USA.

In October of 2009 she founded CEO Clubs Greece, the 1st European Chapter of one of the oldest and most dynamic international networking organization for CEOs and entrepreneurs.

Beginning of 2010 she launched SARGIA Partners S.A, a unique consultancy offering Leadership Coaching and Personal Branding services to clients in SE Europe and Cyprus and representing exclusively in the region the 90-Day Turn Coaching Methodology. She is a Certified Master Coach from BCI in the USA and Certified Member of the NeuroBusiness Group of Coaches.

She is member of the Executive Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chair of its Women in Business Committee.

She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, USA.
