12th Forum - “The New World’s Bets”

March 20, 2014Hotel Pentelikon PART I: “Managing Paradoxes”

Whatever you call it, we all need to learn to get comfortable with

opposing ideas, pressures and options — and know we don't get

to pick either one or the other. Our distinguished panel:

Dimitris Vidakis, CEO, Korres

Panagiotis Kambouroglou, CEO, ICTS

Eleni G. Tentou, Managing Director, Actelion Hellas

Coordinator: Konstantinos Mavros, Founder & Managing Director,

Seed Innovative

PART II: “Building a strong organizational culture”

If culture is so important, why do companies manage it as an

afterthought?

We conclude that many executives apply change-management

models that tack culture onto the end of a process, and that they

focus too much on top-down communication and not enough on

identifying specific. Our distinguished panel:

Terry Seremetis, Managing Director, MARS Hellas

Yiannis Vlontzos, Managing Director, Merck Hellas

Afroditi Arvaniti, General Manager, NJV Athens Plaza

Coordinator: Christina Alevizou, Country Manager, TNT
