StylesGoodman Conveyor manufactures its B Series idlers for belt
widths from 18 through 48. Troughing idlers
offered in 20 and 35 trough angles (45 also available) in
standard and wide base, as well as inside cha
mount designs.
4 and 5 Diameter RollsThe 4 and 5 diameter rolls are of
one-piece construction with steel shells and an engineered polymer
roll
The roll end is secured by an interference press fit and is
locked to the shaft. The 17mm shaft provides stre
and the short moment arm minimizes shaft slope at the bearing
which increases bearing life. Rolls are fitte
each end with a special 17mm deep groove, high capacity,
precision ball bearing. These bearings are do
shielded and permanently lubricated.
Removable RollsRolls are secured in the frame assembly by
special clips providing a rigid, one-piece unit, yet allowing
easy
removal when necessary.
Rigid End and Center StandsEnd and center stands are die formed
from steel plate, and end stands are channel formed for greater

Stands and foot plates are fixture-welded to the self-cleaning
inverted base angle, assuring accurate
alignment.
