About usPeter Tompsett opened the first Truffles bakery in 1982. His passion has
always been to provide fresh, good quality products.
We have experience with a wide variety of events; from weddings with a three course sit down meal, to a simple supply of lunch for a business meeting.
This brochure includes examples of celebration cakes and bespoke favours; we have also put together a few examples of set menus, along with create your

The Hummingbird Restaurant
The Hummingbird restaurant is part of Shoreham airport. Truffles Bakery took over the restaurant in 2012, we have increased our size there to now
include the running of two function rooms.
The restaurant has a fully licensed bar and we can cater for all occasions, from a simple family breakfast to a wedding reception.

Full Service EventsIf you wish to sit back and relax, then a service option will be right for you. We will do all the set up and be ready to serve your guests on arrival and
throughout the event. Once the guests have gone we will be there to tidy up.
We can provide full service for anything from an afternoon tea, wake or three course sit down meal.
