BLUE WING This space encloses three levels
of galleries wrapped around a towering central
hall. Ever-changing exhibit components create
a dynamic atmosphere, while soaring ceilings
and expansive spaces add grandeur.
WASHBURN PAVILION Featured on The Knot’s
list of “Best Outdoor Sites.” This open-air
pavilion is the only function facility directly
on the Charles, and is perfect for cocktails
alfresco or dinner under a protective tent.
RIVERVIEW CAFÉ Featuring a bank of windows
facing the river, this first-floor space is sized
to accommodate everything from large seated
dinners to expansive receptions. Evening events
are complemented by dazzling city lights.
D’ARBELOFF SUITE Two walls of floor-to-ceiling
windows showcase the Charles River and
the Zakim Bridge. An exterior patio, ideal for
meeting breaks or evening cocktails, offers
fresh air and additional cityscapes.

SKYLINE ROOM Perched on the Museum’s top
floor, the Skyline Room offers sweeping views
of the river, Back Bay, Boston, and Cambridge
through two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.
Day or night, it’s a dramatic backdrop.
The following amenities are included in our rental fees:
• A 5-hour reception, or 6 hours if hosting both ceremony and reception onsite
• Onsite event manager(s) to execute your special day
• Tables and garden chairs (including setup and breakdown)
• 2 hours of setup time for vendors (some spaces may only allow 90 minutes of setup time)
• 60 minutes of break-down time for vendors
• CD/iPod Access (Riverview Café, Skyline Room, or d’Arbeloff Suite only)
• Dance floor
• Coordination with your vendors
• Onsite parking for your guests (first-come, first-served)
• A Museum offering (e.g., tickets to the Exhibit Halls for the weekend of your reception)
• Museum security (Washburn Pavilion only)
