Pastor-Church Relations helps churches to deal with conflict by offering intervention and consultation as well as education and prevention.

Pastor-Church Relations helps congregations by

–responding to conflicts –assisting in pastoral

transitions–advising in the calling

process–educating churches in

preventing conflicts–and more

Pastor-Church Relations plays an active role in Sustaining Pastoral Excellence, a CRC program to encourage ongoing growth of pastors.

PCR employs four trained interim pastors who serve congregations in transition after a pastor leaves.
