Add an email signatureAdd a colourful banner to your email signature, announcing your presence at CeBIT and linking to the CeBIT site. Download from the Exhibitor Portal and follow the steps required by your email software to have it automatically appear under your contact details.

Web Banners and Web Linking Tell your customers you’re at CeBIT

The designers at CeBIT Australia have been busily working on different buttons and banners for every category at CeBIT Australia, as well as some general CeBIT Australia logos that you can upload to your website or embed in your emails.

By adding a “Visit us at CeBIT” banner or button to your website, direct emails or email signatures, you can notify your online visitors and email recipients of your participation in CeBIT Australia 2013, so they can visit you and speak with your sales and marketing people.

This will help convert your web visitors and email recipients to foot traffic at CeBIT and really maximise the potential of your stand.

Choose your bannerStep 1: Login to the Exhibitor Portal on mycebit.com.

Step 2: Go to the Co-Marketing Tab.

Step 3: Click on the Web Banner Ads Tab to find all available materials.

The banner ads can be downloaded or embedded.

Link your websiteEnsure potential visitors and delegates are aware of your presence at CeBIT Australia 2013 by linking your website to the official CeBIT Australia 2013 site. In return your logo will be placed on the CeBIT website with a hyperlink to a landing page of your choice on the category websites relating to your business, products or services. Select your landing page on the Exhibitor Portal.

Tip: Remember to test your email to ensure that the image links work correctly when sent.

Digital InvitationsSoft copy invitations link recipients directly to online registration for complimentary access to the Exhibition, using your company’s unique Promotional Code. There are two versions:

1. A customisable HTML email invitation. This file contains the images and content you need to build a digital invitation to send via your mail gateway to your customer database. We provide the creative and your unique Promotional Code. You just need to add your logo and drop in the unique Promotional Code and it’s ready to go!

2. A PDF email invitation. This is available for Exhibitors who prefer to use a PDF invitation to be sent to customers on email. You can download the PDF file and using your editing facilities you can add your logo and Promotional Code ready to send out.

Offer your customers free entry to visit you at CeBIT Login to mycebit.com.au and arrange your invitationsNote: *Complimentary entry is applicable to the Exhibition and Theatres only. Pre-registration via the CeBIT Australia registration is still necessary using your unique promotional code.

Printed InvitationsExhibitors are eligible to receive 100 hard copy visitor invitations for you to send to your customers, prospects, partners and alliances, informing and encouraging them to visit your stand. They can take advantage of free entry by using a promotional code. Let us know your delivery details through the Exhibitor Portal.

Have your account managers give the invitation to customers, place them in your reception area, hand out at customer meetings. For added emphasis, why not include a letter to encourage your customers to attend the show, highlighting your products and services and listing your stand number.

Media CentreThe CeBIT Australia 2013 Media Centre is located near the Exhibition Floor and serves as a hub for attending media. The Media Centre provides a great opportunity for you to present your media collateral to visiting journalists at no additional cost.

Event and Exhibitor information, facilities for interviews, the latest CeBIT news, images, and other amenities are located within the Media Centre.

To help you to raise your profile and generate good media outcomes, you are invited to submit newsworthy information we can share with Australian and international journalists.

This will help you position your company as an industry leader, increasing interest in your solutions and generating traffic to your stand.

This information can include:Media releases featuring new product information, launches or corporate news.

White papers and articles on advantages and future developments of your technology.

Case studies showing how your solutions have been implemented in business and what results your customers were able to achieve.

Material is to be submitted in PDF format with any images, graphics and logos saved in high-res JPEG format. All information should include your stand number and a contact person for media inquiries.

In the lead up to, and during CeBIT Australia 2013, exhibitor media releases, case studies and articles may be chosen for distribution in the CeBIT Business Review newsletter. This is sent to our highly targeted business database and hosted on our website, this newsletter is accessed by accredited media and journalists.
