El Producto -El Nuevo Sistema Quick es nuestra respuesta a las

necesidades de funcionalidad, eficiencia en el diseño

venido del mundo del comercio. Con la base de la

creación de Quick, también hay un deseo de crear un

producto que podría ser un puente entre los diferentes

sectores del comercio y del hogar, dos realidades que

hoy se superponen rompiendo este límite tradicional.

Quick está constituido por una estructura de metal

que ha sido construida conectando 4 elementos que

se juntan y crean una unión. Por el tipo de estructura

se puede desarrollar en varios tipos de composiciones

que buscan una adecuación perfecta al comercio,

exposición y entornos del hogar.

El programa está compuesto por un marco de metal

disponible en dos colores, blanco y negro oscuro.

El producto por tanto, ofrece series de estanterías

disponibles en cristal, transparente o satinado, y roble

claro o lacado en tres diferentes colores modernos.

Gracias a su flexibilidad y versatibilidad, Quick se puede

transportar fácilmente y ensamblar según el entorno

de uso.

The product -The new Quick system is our answer to the request

for functionality, efficiency and design coming from

today's retail world. At the base of the creation of

Quick there was also our desire to create a product

that could be a kind of bridge between the sectors

of retail furniture and home furniture, two realities

that today are getting superimposed thus breaking

the traditional limit between home and commercial

environment. Quick is constituted by a metal structure

that is built by connecting 4 elements that embed and

create a joint. By this way the structure can develop

in various compositions that find a perfect application

in commercial, exhibition and home environments.

The programme is composed by a metal frame

available in two colours, white and dark brown. The

product then offers a series of shelves available in glass,

transparent or frosted, and oakwood in light colour

or laquered in three fashionable colours. Thanks to

its flexibility and versatility, Quick can be very easily

transported and assembled in its various environments

of use.

Nuestro completo proceso de Calidad está basado en el estándar ISO 9001 y una gran atención a la producción enfocada a todos nuestros proveedores. Tal organización

nos garantiza que todas nuestras políticas son seguidas por todos y cada uno de los procesos, hasta el control final al salir de la Fábrica.

CALIDAD

The production of complements and technologies for furniture systems is part of our history. Years of experience and competence and a fruitful cooperation within

Gibam Group have contributed to the success of Cean Company. We work in close cooperation with a handful of suppliers that also believe, as we do, in the continue

improvement of quality. In this way we control the entire production process and guarantee high standards in every phase.

We take seriously the quality of our products and services and believe that quality is a goal that can be achieved through a constant and focused work.

A complete quality control based on ISO 9001 standard and a great attention to the production are applied to all our suppliers. Such organization guarantees that our

policies are followed all along the production process, up to a final control before the products leave the factory.

All our system are produced by using high quality materials and are developed on the ground of a passionate respect for an economically feasible and functional design. We

are every day committed to find the right balance between carefully selected materials, pleasant design and a planned simplicity. Below you will find more details about the

materials we use.

QUALITY

Mobiliario en madera -Nuestro mobiliario cuenta con multitud de laminados de madera. Partiendo de la madera como material natural, con sus vetas. Nuestras superficies están probadas sobre

ralladuras y agua, y están garantizadas contra la pérdida del color incluso en entornos de alta presencia de personas como en entornos comerciales.

Recubrimientos termoendurecidos -El recubrimiento está realizado en poliester no-tóxico termosellado y pintura en polvo, mediante el uso de pistolas electrostáticas y hornos de polimerización a 200ºC.

Otras partes metálicas están revestidas con pinturas de alta calidad, que aseguran una superficie resistente. Nuestros procesos de revestimiento siempre se realizan desde

el punto de vista ecológico y garantizado libre de metales pesados y pinturas solventes.

Cristales -Gran parte de las superficies están realizadas en cristal, tanto transparente, satinado o lacado. Es posible también en cristal templado. Todas las esquinas están cortadas para

garantizar el estándar de seguridad.

Partes de metal -La mayoría de los productos en metal están hechos utilizando altos estándares de materia prima, para eliminar la mayoría de las impurezas. Los tratamientos de superficie

cosiguen dar un resultado suave y garantía de bajo riesgo a la oxidación. Otras partes metálicas esteán revestidas con pinturas de alta calidad, asegurando una superficie

resistente. El revestimiento se realiza a través de un disolvente ecológico de tratamiento libre.

Tableros con partículas recubiertas de melamina -Las piezas de madera están constituidas por paneles de tableros de partículas, cuyas superficies están recubiertas con muchas capas de papel impregnados con resinas

termoestables, cubiertos por una capa de papel decorativo y una capa final de resina de melamina que confiere estética y propiedades impermeabilizantes.

Wooden furniture -Our furniture features many wooden surfaces. Being wood a natural material, it shows veins and patterns. Our surfaces are tested to be scratch-resistant and waterproof,

and are guaranteed against the fading of colours even in environments with high presence of people as commercial areas..

Coating with thermosetting coatings -The coating with non-toxyc polyester thermosetting powder coatings is conducted by using electro-static guns and treated in polymerization kilns at 200°C. Other metal

parts are coated with high quality paints, and insure a resistant surface. Our coating processes are ecologically made and guaranteed to be solvent-free and heavy-metal

free.

Glass -Most of the table tops are in glass, either transparent, frosted or lacquered. It is possible to require tempered glass. All corners are cut by respecting safety standards.

Metal parts -Most of our metal products are made by using very high quality raw materials, so to eliminate most of the impurities. Surface treatments are aimed at giving a smooth

result and guarantee low risk of oxydation. Other metal parts are coated with high quality paints, and insure a resistant surface. The coating is made through an ecological

solvent-free treatment.

Melamin coated particle board -Wooden parts are constituted by panels of particle board whose surfaces are coated with many layers of paper soaked with thermosetting resins, covered by one layer of

decorative paper and by a final layer of melamin resin which confers aesthetic and water-proofing properties.

Nuestro compromiso sobre cuestiones de sostenibilidad, ética del trabajo, respeto a las personas y el medio ambiente, están en la base de nuestra visión estratégica y de

nuestra constante inversión encaminadas a la innovación de productos, procesos y técnicas de producción. La atención y el cuidado a la selección de materias primas es

una práctica constante de nuestra empresa. Cada día nos esforzamos por reducir el desperdicio de materiales y promover la reutilización y el reciclaje. Las materias primas

de madera o de vidrio son de la zona, tratando de esta manera se reducen los costos de transporte y la contaminación relacionada. A partir de marzo de 2011 todos los

productos de iluminación que proporcionan los sistemas integrados en nuestros muebles emplean la tecnología LED, que se caracteriza por el bajo consumo energético

y largo ciclo de vida. A partir de junio 2011 las fábricas pueden presumir de estado de los tejados fotovoltaicos de arte para la producción de electricidad. Desde enero

de 2012, se han deshecho de metales pesados en todos los acabados de nuestros productos. Los materiales que utilizamos para la producción de nuestros muebles, ya

sea madera, cristal o capas, son seleccionados y escogidos con sumo cuidado, dando prioridad a los eco-sostenible y menos contaminante. Trabajamos con determinación,

calidad y concreción.

EL ENTORNO

Our commitment for issues like sustainability, work ethics, respect for people and environment, are at the ground of our strategical vision and of our constant investment

aimed at innovating products, processes and production techniques. The attention and care paid to raw materials selection is a constant practice of our company. Every day

we strive to reduce materials wastage and promote the reuse and recycle. Raw materials made of wood or glass are sourced locally, trying in this way to reduce transport

costs and the related pollution. Starting from March 2011 all lighting products which we provide integrated in our furniture systems employ LED technology, characterised

by low energy consumption and long life cycle. Starting from June 2011 our factories can boast state of the art photovoltaic roofs for the production of electricity. From

January 2012 we have got rid of heavy metals in all the finishes of our products. The materials we use for the production of our furniture, either wood, glass or coatings, are

selected and chosen with great care by giving priority to those eco-sustainable and less polluting. We work with determination, quality and concreteness.

de una mirada por encima de todos los colores a acabados de superficie. Los recubrimientos que utilizamos son elegidos sobre la base de altos estándares de calidad, con

especial atención a su eco-sostenibilidad. Usamos el agua a base de recubrimientos de bajo impacto ambiental. Especialmente en los acabados que se deciden a petición

del cliente.

and colours. Our colour palette is refreshed every year, thus giving the opportunity to use the last trends in finishes. This is a glance over all our colours a surface finishes.

The coatings we use are chosen on the ground of high quality standards, with particular attention to their eco-sustainability. We use water-based coatings with low

environmental impact. Special finished are decided with the client by request.

Empresa Cean se estableció en Fano, Italia, en 1994 como una actividad artesanal especializada en la producción de tecnologías para el suministro de tiendas y grandes

Cean Company was established in Fano, Italy, in 1994 as an artisanship activity specialised in the production of technologies for the furnishing of shops and stores. Thanks

to the know-how and to the qualified experience of Gibam Group, to which belongs, Cean Company developed a flourishing flow of ideas that shows how the company

has been able to adapt to the changes in the market. This development has been characterised by a strong innovative capacity based on a significant technical knowledge.

During the first years of its life Cean specializes in the creation of glass display cabinets, and since 2004 starts to develop furnishing components and technologies as

a support to shop and commercial areas contractors, enlarging its product range to products made in aluminium alloy, zinc alloy, acrylics. This new development is also

done by employing sophisticated technologies thus setting new standards in the market, and by offering products characterised by care for details, quality, safety and
