CadCamSystems has created a collection of tools for PowerMILL 2012 and PowerSHAPE 2012.These tools work within the software to automate the Delcam products. We provide these tools

to all customers on maintenance with CadCamSystems free of charge. All that we ask is that youregister the program with us.

Text Wrapper for PowerSHAPE

The Text Wrapper program fills the need for writing text on a curve or arc in PowerSHAPE. It

has been rewritten to include all the Windows fonts and a new control for the spacing on a

composite curve. PowerSHAPE 2011 R3 and beyond has this ability built in making this toolobsolete.

Engrave Text Maker for PowerMILL and PowerSHAPE

This program is useful for creating text in PowerMILL The text it creates is a single line font thatis very suitable for engraving. It also can create the text in PowerSHAPE.

Database Maker for PowerMILL

This program can be used to help create your tooling database or just to set your speeds and

feeds in PowerMILL before you start creating toolpaths. You can use the material database tostore multiple settings. The chip load can be set with rules based on tool diameter. You can also

set a max RPM so the calculation will not be set higher than your machine tool. Setting the axial

and radial depth of cut is done with TDU (tool diameter units). You can try different tool

diameters under the sample tool area to see if you have the settings right before you apply thechanges to the tools in PowerMILL. Use this to help create the database in PowerMILL for

multiple materials.

Toolpath Mover for PowerMILL

This program transforms toolpaths with multiple copies. This is useful if you have several parts

that are all the same to machine in different locations. You can also rotate the toolpaths aroundthe Z axis. This program also appends the toolpaths together after the move and cleans up all the

copies it has made. The mirror mode also reverses the direction of the toolpath to maintain the

cut direction.

PowerMILL 2012 has this functionally and more built into PowerMILL making this toolobsolete.

Toolpath Merger for PowerMILL

This program merges toolpaths together in what ever order you want. All the toolpaths beingmerged must use the same tool.

Tool List for PowerMILL

This program produces a tool list for your NC

Programs to assist in setting up tools for themachine. Tools will not be duplicated in the

list to minimize confusion in gathering the

needed tools to load in the machine. You candisplay the snapshot from PowerMILL or load

in your own picture to display on the tool list.

You can also configure the setup sheet to

display only the tool data you want.

NC Sheet for PowerMILL

The NCsheet program is for making setupsheet like the PowerMILL summary sheet. Some

customers separate the NC programs by tool numbers and wanted a sheet that would only list thefirst toolpath in the NC program. This program uses many of the standard variables that are

available in PowerMILL setup sheets so the output can be fully customized in the same way as

PowerMILL setup sheets. Some variables are not available with this program but can be addedon request.

NoteMaker for PowerMILL

This program is for any user of Setupsheets that wants to put notes for each toolpath, tool or NCprogram. This interface is easier than right clicking on each item to edit the note.

Model Check for PowerMILL and PowerSHAPE

With this program you can check and change thesettings for draft and minimum radius shading while

viewing it on the screen. Change the values of the

step and slide the bar to the desired setting. Press the

update button to update the screen.

Multi Collision Check for PowerMILL

This program allows you to select multiple toolpaths and runs either the collision or gouge check

on it using the setting stored with the toolpath. You can also override the toolpath options with

your own settings.

DelcamSystem

This program is a diagnostic tool to read the Delcam registry entries. It will also help solveproblems with PAF files. This information can be saved and sent to us to better understand your

system. We are still working on this program for 64 bit support.
