JobAnnouncement TheBusinessApplicationsSpecialist(BAS)ensuresthatinformationsystemsarekeptcurrentandalignwithCCOF’sstrategicdirectionandbusinessobjectives.TheBusinessApplicationsSpecialistmaximizesvalueandproductivityfromnewanddevelopingbusinesstoolsandsystems.TheBusinessApplicationsSpecialistsupportsallCCOFstaffintheirdailyuseoftheEcertsoftwarealongwithgeneraldesksidesupportfunctions.Workswithstakeholderstodevelopandgainbenefitsfromsoftwareandbusinesssystems.Helpsinarticulatingbusiness/operationalbusinessneeds,developingspecifications,aligningprojects,reviewingvendoroffersandensuringthatsoftwaredevelopmentmeetsCCOF’sneedsandisontime,onbudgetandimplementedtoCCOF’sfullbenefit.Reportsto:ManagerofBusinessApplicationsJobResponsibilitiesGeneralAdministration
• Hostand/orparticipateinregularcheck-inmeetingswithIntact(Ecert),andothervendorsasrequired(QuickBooks,PolicySaaS,etc.).
• ContinuetoexpandknowledgeandexpertisewithinEcertforallareasofKeyUseradministration
• EnsureCrystalReportssoftwareisuptodateandmaintainCCOFreportsandcertificates• Makesurebusinessapplicationsandmodulesarekeptcurrentandmaintainupdated
proceduraldocumentation• MeetwithIntactwhennecessarytostayuptodatewithnewfeaturesandexplorehowitcould
beappliedtothebusinesswithinternalpersonnel• MaintaingeneralknowledgeofCCOF’sserverstructureasitrelatestothedatabase.• OnsitesupportfordatabasetoolsandBIproducts(xmlexports,SSRSandTableau)• Tier2CCOF.ORGWebsiteadministrationandsupport• WorkwiththeTechnologyDirectorandvariousotherCCOFstafftocreatespecsfornew

EssentialQualificationsandExperience
• A2-yearITDegreeora4-yearCollegeDegree(orequivalentworkexperience)• ExperiencewithCrystalReportssoftwareandreportcreation• ExperiencewithMicrosoftOfficeandAdobeproducts.• Generalexperiencesupportingbusinessapplications(withpreferenceforEcert).• PreviousHelpDeskortechnicalsupportexperience• Excellentcustomerserviceandorganizationalskills.• Timemanagementskillsandattentiontodetails.• Abletoworkindependentlyandtakeinitiativeinprovidingassistance• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationsskills.• Proficientattentiontodetailandastrongworkethic• Beabletoliftupto50lbs.
