CCIH will manage your healthcare needs and assist you in coordinating care with other services and resources. Your care team will have an ongoing relationship with you and your family.

Who We Are :Central City Integrated Health has been serving the residents of Detroit and Wayne County since 1972, providing whole health wellness services to all people, regardless of their situation.
