VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The following posts are lying vacant in Civil Courts,
Faisalabad. Applications from the desirous having the
required
qualifications detailed below, are invited:-

Note:1.
20% posts have been reserved under 20% quota for the children
ofworking and retired employees in BS-01 to BS-07 of
Civil/Sessions
Courts, Faisalabad, if no suitable candidate is available
forappointment against the reserved quota, these posts shall be
filled inthrough direct recruitment on the basis of open merit. All
candidates
who want to apply for the post of aforesaid reserved quota
arerequired to submit their application on the prescribed
proformaalongwith complete particulars of his/her father and proof
of servicetill the target date and through proper channel, in case
of Government
servant.2.
5% posts has been reserved under 5% quota for
minorities(non-Muslim), if no suitable candidate is available for
appointment againstthe reserved quota, these posts shall be filled
in through directrecruitment on the basis of open merit.

2% posts has been reserved under 2% disabled quota. The
candidatesare required to submit certificate issued by competent
authority
under Disabled Person(Employment and Rehabilitation)
Ordinance1981. Relaxation in the overage limit as per rule will be
for ten yearsover and above the prescribed age limit.
Rules & Regulations:
i) The permanent address of candidate mentioned in his CNIC
shall betreated as District of Domicile.
ii) Candidates can download application form alongwith the
deposit slipof Rs.500/- for the posts of Process Server while free
of cost for thepost of Chokidaar and Sweeper directly from the NTS
website

Test for the post of Process Server shall be held at
Faisalabad(Date,
Time and venue shall be intimated on the Roll No. slips and
NTSwebsite).
iv)
List of eligible candidates for the post of Process Server shall
beuploaded on NTS website. NTS shall send roll number slip to
thecandidates at their postal addresses. In case, any candidate
could notreceive roll number slip, he/she may download it from
NTSwebsite(www.nts.org.pk)

The candidates are required to specifically mention in their
application as to whether their relative is already working
inCivil/Sessions Courts, Faisalabad and if his relative is
already
working, the candidate will submit an affidavit on a stamp
papermentioning the name and designation and relationship with the
said
employee.vi)
The candidate already serving in government or semi government
willapply through proper channel or append NOC of the said
department
with their application.vii)
The candidates are required to attach their two recent passport
size
photograph, attested copies of their educational certificate,
CNIC anddomicile. They will bring original testimonials at the time
of interview,incomplete applications will be treated as
rejected.

Independent applications will be submitted for each
quota.ix)
Only those candidates having the required qualification will
beallowed to participate in the written test.
x)
For the post of Process Server, Only short listed candidates
whoqualify in the test will be called for interview.
xi)
No TA/DA will be given to the candidates.
xii)
Applications for the post of Process Server on the prescribed
form,which has been uploaded on NTS website, should reach till
30.10.2014 to the National Testing Service 96, Street No.04,
SectorH-8/I, Islamabad while applications for the post of Chokidaar
andSweeper should reach in the office of Senior Civil Judge,
Faisalabad
till 30.10.2014.xiii) The candidates are required to
specifically mention the quota on
which the application is being made at the right corner of
the
envelope. The applications received after the due date will be
rejectedforthwith. Application through fax will not be
entertained.
xiv)
List of eligible/shortlisted candidates for the post of
Chokidaar and
Sweeper with date of interview will be published on the notice
board ofCivil Courts, Faisalabad.
xv)
Applicants are required to mention their phone number/cell
numberin the application.
xvi)
The authority is competent to short list the
candidates.xvii)
Recruitment will be made in accordance with the recruitment
policy2004 and Civil and Sessions Courts Establishment Service
Rules,
2005.
xviii)
After the recommendations of the recruitment committee
forappointment of Process Servers, first 73 selectees on
merit/quota willbe issued appointment letters whereas remaining 76
selectees will notbe issued appointment letters till the issuance
of specific instructions
in this regard vide direction contained in Honble Lahore High
Court,Lahore letter No. 31364/6-E(LCE)/VII.A.27 dated:
16.11.2013.
xix)
Recruitment committee has the right to withhold the entire
result orpartly.
