EMPLOYABILITY INDEXAssessment tool

• Core Business School has introduced a concept of Employability Index (El) to ensure continuous student evaluation in relation to their employability.

• Various parameters like communication skills, knowledge of managerial concepts, ability to apply concepts in reality, decision making skills, general awareness about economy and attitude towards work( through mentorship) are used every month to derive an objective score.

• This helps the participants bridge the gap between their current and required skill sets.
