1 CHILDRENS BIBLE LESSON

Parents: Have your child cut out pictures of plants, animals and trees and glue them to this page to

make a beautiful garden. All pictures in this lesson are for your child to color.

God created the first man, Adam. God gave him a wife, Eve. Adam

and Eve were placed in the Garden of Eden. God told them to keep

this garden beautiful. In the garden were two trees, the Tree of Life

and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

knowledge of good and evil represented Satans way of get. God

told Adam and Eve that if they were to eat of the tree of knowl-

edge of good and evil, they would die.

good and evil was good for food and that she would not die. Eve

believed Satan and ate the fruit of the tree. She disobeyed God.

Eve gave the fruit to Adam and he ate also. Adam and Eve did not

listen to God. They disobeyed Him. This is sin. Sin is not doing what

God says.
