Black finish The treatment that provides the black color is known as Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). It is a coating method that consists of depositing thin films of different evaporated materials on the stainless steel surface of the channel. The coatings are ceramic, withstand high temperatures and good resistance to corrosion, impact and abrasion. They are also impermeable to ultraviolet degradation, do not fade and are very harsh in acidic, alkaline and salt bath environments, nor are they damaged by chemical and cleaning products. Dangerous by-products are not used so the PVD system is ecological and environmentally friendly.

The medium capacity siphonic drains are made of AISI304 and AISI316L stainless steel (on request)

and designed for different types of pavements or coverings such as tiling, continuous floors, epoxy

resin... They incorporate both removable trap and strainer. There is a wide range of gratings to meet any requirement,

round and square, screwed or not... As for the possibility of drains with variable height, within this same range, we find

telescopic drains, which with their two rounded bodies and the screwed clamping flange allows height adjustment and facilitates waterproofing.

In general, thanks to their multiple features and easy cleaning, they are ideal for changing rooms and showers, nursing homes, shopping centers...

In spaces where maximum hygiene and durability are required, it is common to install vinyl floors, which are continuous floors, watertight and highly water-resistant. CAINOX offers several drains options, manufactured in AISI304 and AISI3016L (on request) that adapt to this type of floor, with round and square, perforated, plate or refillable gratings, with flange or clamping trays with hidden screws and EPDM gaskets that guarantee tightness. Depending on the model, they incorporate a trap and/or a waste basket that is removable for easy cleaning.

The current regulations on environmental contamination oblige, both the industrial and catering sectors, to treat the waste generated in their activity, prohibiting direct discharges to the general network of food waste, oils, fats..., so the installation of fat separators is almost essential in any hotel kitchen project, restaurants, hospitals, communities...

The elimination of food residues and fats using the CAINOX biological fat separator, made of AISI304 or AI-SI316L stainless steel (on request), is based on the use of microorganisms (enzymes) capable of converting, through its own metabolism, fats and oils in biodegradable organic compounds, non-toxic and innocuous, automatically scheduling dosages of the enzyme product to facilitate its use and maintenance.

SEPARATION

The residual water enters the separator where dividing plates reduce the fat into smaller particles for better suspension.

DIGESTION

Enzymes in the tank and newly incorporated enzymes begin the work of breaking down contaminants.

ELIMINATION

The fats are reduced and once decomposed, they are evacuated to the network with the residual water.

In places where the humidity is constant, this can become a very serious problem and an expensive solution. To achieve lasting and effective prevention and protection, it is not necessary to carry out major works. CAINOX SKY Membrane allows an easy, fast and clean installation offering the installer great advantages over other more traditional systems.Waterproofing membrane with high water resistance, composed of two sheets of PP - Polypropylene welded with an intermediate of PE - Polyethylene.

It is characterized by high elasticity, high resistance to traction, elongation and abrasion, total resistance to chemical loads that contain all ceramic coatings and/or cementitious materials, and good flexibility at low temperatures.

Complies with the Construction Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 and is manufactured under the standardsinternational ISO 9001 standard obtaining the CE certificate.

Non-return Valves

The non-return valves prevent the backflow of black water in homes during periods of heavy rain or when sewage networks are in low areas. They have an os-cillating clapper that works as a shutter and closes the passage by gravity when the sewage circulates in an unwanted direction. They incorporate a lock key.
