In Botanic & Fruits we are specialists in the oldest conservation system of humanity, the dehydration.

Meet our selection of high quality products subjected to a careful handling, cutting and dehydration process which guarantees an exceptional final product.

Botanic & Fruits

In order to preserve their qualities, the fruits and vegetables are brought to our facilities during it’s seasonality and quickly submitted to our dehydration process. A process carried out with all the necessary equipment to guarantee optimum health and safety conditions. In addition, we keep a high stock rotation to avoid storing the fruits for too long once dehydrated. This allows us to offer the best flavor, aroma and color.

Shelf life: 1 year.

Cut size: The cut of the fruits varies between 3-4 mm in the most appropriated direction of the cut to get a good result.

Moisture: The final moisture of our fruits and vegetables is between 3-7%.
