Managing Successful Meetings
Destinato a coloro che in azienda sono chiamati a condurre o intervenire in modo attivo a riunioni decisionali condotte in lingua inglese, a coloro che lavorano in team con colleghi stranieri ed hanno frequenti occasioni di incontri operativi con clienti e fornitori esteri. Le riunioni e, più generalmente, il lavoro in team sono la quotidianità in azienda per ogni ruolo. Ancor di più per i ruoli direttivi.
Gli obiettivi
Lo scopo di questo programma è di fornire ai partecipanti gli strumenti comunicativi necessari per essere preparati :

Il programma trasferisce in altra lingua l’autorevolezza linguistica per mettere in azione skills comportamentali e gestionali già acquisite dai partecipanti, allenandoli, attraverso role plays in simulazione di contesti autentici, ad utilizzare in modo spontaneo e sicuro i modi di esprimersi adeguati alla situazione, con un linguaggio versatile ed autentico.

Dopo l'azione formativa il corsista sarà più sicuro nella socialità, è importante rompere il ghiaccio quanto passare da un punto dell’ordine del giorno al successivo. Potrà efficacemente e cortesemente esprimere critiche ed apprezzamenti, argomentare, sottolineare, riassumere conclusioni, rispondere alle obiezioni, evitare con delicatezza argomenti sensibili o gestire comportamenti inappropriati e poco cortesi.
