Additivo antiattrito appositamente formulato con fluoropolimeri per essere impiegato in tutte le antivegetative della gamma Boero YachtCoatings per migliorarne la scorrevolezza. Può essere impiegato anche per additivare la sola mano finale dell’antivegetativa. Una confezione da 0,375 l è sufficiente per 2,5 lt di antivegetativa.

Friction-reducing additive especially conceived to be added to all Boero antifouling. Added to the chosen antifouling, it improves its performances in terms of in-water fluency with the result of a smooth hull. It can be also applied only in the last coat. A 375 ml tin is enough for 2,5 lt of antifouling.

High-quality epoxy primer, used as an anchoring coat on difficult surfaces such as aluminium, fibreglass, steel and wood. Primer epossidico bicomponente “surface tolerant”, basato su una combinazione di resine e pigmenti che gli conferiscono eccellenti proprietà fisiche di adesione, elasticità e resistenza all’impatto ed all’abrasione. Primer ancorante monocomponente per vetroresina. Favorisce l’ancoraggio delle antivegetative e dei prodotti monocomponenti sul gelcoat nuovo, sgrassato e pulito con decerante idoneo, in modo da asportare cere e sostanze grasse utilizzate per facilitare il distacco della vetroresina dallo stampo. È necessaria una preparazione della superficie prima di procedere all’applicazione del prodotto.

It favours the anchorage of antifouling and monocomponent products on the new and grease-free gelcoat that was cleaned with a suitable wax remover in order to remove wax traces and other greasy substances used in removing the fibreglass from the mould. Stucco di particolare concezione, indicato per rasature di pregio, su superfici in legno, acciaio, alluminio e vetroresina anche immerse. Prodotto senza solvente, non ha quindi ritiro in fase di essiccazione. Di facile applicazione anche su grandi superfici, ha una buona carteggiabilità sia a secco che ad umido. Se ne consiglia l’impiego anche per levigare superfici trattate con gli stucchi epossidici ad alto spessore (Epolight). Può essere usato anche miscelato con l’Epolight stesso.

Filler of particular conception indicated for high quality profiling on wood, steel, aluminium and fibreglass, also on immersed surfaces. It does not contain solvents, therefore it will not shrink when drying. Easy application even on large surfaces, it can be easily sanded both when wet or dry. It is recommended also for polishing surfaces treated with high build epoxy fillers (Epolight). It can also be mixed together with Epolight.

Consente di ottenere alti spessori e crea un vero “effetto barriera” tra l’acqua e la superficie trattata. Si applica su acciaio e legno opportunamente preparati sia all’esterno che all’interno dell’imbarcazione. È anche consigliato come mano di fondo su superfici emerse in cicli monocomponenti.

Anti-corrosive mono-component chlorinated rubber undercoat is a highly waterproofing product, developed for underwater surfaces. It is ideal as sealer on old antifouling of unknown nature before applying the new antifouling. It allows to obtain a high-thickness and creates a true “barrier effect” between the water and the painted surface. It can be applied on properly prepared steel and wood both internally or externally of the boat. It is also recommended as an undercoat on emerged surfaces in mono-component painting systems.

Impregnante protettivo per legno, colorato e neutro. Penetra nel legno, trasformandone l’aspetto nell’essenza e nella tonalità desiderata, lo protegge dagli agenti atmosferici e da funghi, muffe e insetti. Può essere usato su imbarcazioni sia all’esterno che all’interno per proteggere tutti i tipi di legno, perfettamente asciutti ed esenti da qualsiasi traccia di sporco, grasso, polvere e di vecchie pitture o vernici.

It penetrates into the wood, transforming its appearance in the desired tonality, protecting it against environmental factors and fungi, mould and pests. It can be used on boats for interiors and exteriors: protecting all types of wood that have been previously prepared and are therefore free of contaminants.

È un prodotto bicomponente trasparente isolante per impregnazione di essenze pregiate, compensati marini e pannelli MDF. Le sue caratteristiche di penetrazione e isolamento permettono di ottenere superfici facilmente carteggiabili e ricopribili con prodotti mono o bicomponenti per realizzare finiture sia pigmentate che trasparenti. Il prodotto deve essere impiegato principalmente su legno nuovo o riportato perfettamente a nudo. Non deve assolutamente formare un film superficiale ma penetrare nel supporto.

It is a two-component transparent sealer used for impregnating high-quality woods, marine polywoods and MDF panels. It is able to penetrate and isolate and produces surfaces that are easy to sand and to be covered with mono or two-component products for achieving either coloured or clear surfaces. This product is mainly used on new wood or wood that has been completely sanded down. It must absolutely not create a layer on the surface but it has to penetrate inside the surface.

CHALLENGER UV 685.VERNICE BICOMPONENTE BRILLANTE TWO-COMPONENT GLOSSY VARNISH

Vernice a due componenti trasparente con ottima ritenzione di brillantezza a base di resine poliuretaniche. È una vernice con eccezionali performance quali elasticità e resistenze meccaniche. Può essere impiegata sia su legno che su altri supporti opportunamente preparati e in condizioni severe di esercizio. Per la sua resistenza all’abrasione, è consigliata per l’applicazione in zone fortemente sollecitate come corrimani e capi di banda. Formulata per la protezione del legno, è ideale anche come brillantante protettivo su superfici trattate con smalto poliuteranico bicomponente nelle tinte forti.

Two-component clear varnish that provides an excellent glossy finish due to its polyurethane resin base. It is a very elastic and mechanically resistant varnish. It can be used on wood or other properly prepared surfaces as well as under severe working conditions. Due to its resistance to abrasion, it is highly recommended for high-use areas such as handrails and side decks. It is formulated to protect wood and it is also ideal as a glossy protective coat for surfaces treated with two-component brightly coloured polyurethane enamels.

Antisdrucciolo duro come la pietra, ma leggero come il sughero, si presenta sotto forma di sfere cave ad alta resistenza. Miscelabile con qualsiasi tipo di smalto o vernice, mono o bicomponente nella quantità di gr. 50 per ogni litro di vernice o smalto.

Anti-slip product, comprised of hollow, highly resistant spheres: it is hard as a stone but light as cork. It can be mixed with any type of enamel or varnish, either mono or two-component, in the ratio of 50 g. for each liter of varnish or enamel.
