ELEMENTS TO BUILD THE FUTURESchnell Home machines produce a panel that consists o a polystyrenesheet assembled together withwelded wire mesh.

A single acility can produce all the elements or building accordingto customer needs and can vary the thickness, length and density othe polystyrene core as well as the diameter o the mesh and number

o connectors between the mats.The machines produce the ollowing panel models:Single / Double / Evolution / Floor-Roof

1 - SINGLE PANELThis panel consists o a sheet o polystyrene sandwiched

between two mats o welded wire mesh.

The polystyrene sheet can be shaped as required

and the thickness can vary according to needs.

The Single Panel can be used or the construction

o single and multistory buildings according to the

local building regulations.

2 - DOUBLE PANELThis panel consists o two single panels joined together

with an intermediate cavity. The thickness o the

polystyrene and the width o the cavity can be varied

according to the perormance required. The external

aces o the panel are usually nished in plaster.

3 - EVOLUTION PANELThe panel consists o two mesh mats which

incorporate a spacer to ensure that there is no

contact between the polystyrene sheet

and the steel reinorcement.

4 - FLOOR/ROOF PANELThis panel is used or the construction

o foors and roos. The thickness and

geometry o the panel can be varied

according to the span and project

requirements. The placement o the

reinorcement and the concrete pour

can be made totally on site or partially

in the production plant.

POLISTOP: A VERY

CONCRETE APPLICATIONThese are single panels that are integrated with traditional reinorced concretestructures as the external wall cladding, partition walls and foors.

The advantages are the speed o application and the excellent insulation properties.By varying the thickness o the panel it is possible to reach a classication o theconstruction o Category A - Passive House.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM:

BEHIND THE WALL, SPEED AND STRENGTHThe idea is that the panel completed with shotcrete becomes the structural elemento the construction. The prole o the polystyrene panel and the vertical wires o the

mesh mats orm micro-piles o reinorced concrete, distributing the weight o thestructure around the entire perimeter.

3 - POST INSTALLATIONImmediately ater the placement o the panels, the perect

linearity and verticality o the walls is checked and ensured.

5 - INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR PANELOnce the foor panels are placed, supported by the walls and

rom below, any necessary additional steel reinorcement is

installed and the concrete is poured.

2 - INSTALLATION OF THE PANELThanks to their lightweight, a single operator can easily lit

and place the panels where required. This is another actor

5 - MECHANICAL RESISTANCE TEST:COMPRESSION AND SHEARThe minimum value rom the results o the testing or breakageunder compression was 70 tons.This means that the Single Panel is able to support the loadsrom a six storey building.SinglePanelwith3cmofshotcreteperside=20MPa=3000PSI.
