Cat Act 2011
As from 1st November 2013, it will be a requirement for cat owners to have their cats of 6 months old and over , s t e r i l i s ed and mic roch ipped and then re g i s t e red wi th t he i r l oca l government as the Cat Act 2011 comes into full effect. Please note that the cat cannot be registered with local government unless you can show a sterilization and microchip certificate.

Candidate Nominations Open on Thursday, 5 September, 2013 and Close at 4.00pm, Thursday, 12 September, 2013. A nomination fee of $80.00 applies and candidates are to provide a Candidate Profile document (up to 150 words).
