Case Study Boss is Not Always Right but .It is notalways necessary to all the Situation the boss is always right but in some cases boss may go wrong According to my view on this cases Study the General Manager of this comany !nnecessarily Interfered with a articular asect of administration and invited trouble .The Main Problem which occurred in the case study was due to improper communication as there was no formal communication between the diferent levels of the organization Some of my reactions on this case if I was the CEcould be as follows 1. To develop a efective business communication which involves one party sending a message that is easily understoodby the receiving party. 2.
