and program: how should Storeganizer position itself in the market and what were the key elements to observe, following the inbound marketing rules? “We appreciated that this plan also detailed precisely the ways that Living

Stone could assist us, and how,” says Frédérique Debecker. “For example, how they could help us improve our e-mail campaigns or social media deployment.” Developing a coherent corporate identity was another priority, aimed at achieving a strong presence on the global market. A new sales presentation, based on this new corporate identity, will offer all sales representatives a uniform tool to approach leads and prospects all around the world.

Generating leads from the beginning At the moment, the focus is on digital initiatives. According to Frédérique Debecker, generating more leads was one of Storeganizer’s key objectives. The e-mail campaign and the brand new multilingual website have already paid off. Living Stone created website content meant to improve findability and trigger people to provide Storeganizer with their contact details. “The fact that we obtained 18 qualified leads in the first 17 days that the website was online speaks for itself,” underscores Frédérique Debecker. “By now, we’ve exceeded 25 leads.
