BRADFORDS BUILDING SUPPLIES

With more than 30 branches throughout the South West, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, and a heritage that stretches back more than 240 years, Bradfords is one of Britain’s leading names in the building supplies industry.

Bradfords prides itself on offering a traditional, professional approach to service, making customers feeling valued and always exceeding their expectations. When it came to reviewing their security and surveillance systems it was natural that they should look for a solution that could deliver similarly exceptional service.

THE CHALLENGEBradfords face several challenges when it comes to protecting themselves and their customers. Theft is an obvious issue, both inside the stores (where small, high value items such as power tools and accessories are targets) and outside, where a balance between

security and accessibility has to be maintained.Less obvious, but also important, are issues such as health and safety and the well being of customers and employees on site. Any security and surveillance system need to provide coverage for all these – and be flexible to adapt to future demands.

Nick Skelsey, Director of IT at Bradfords was examining the trends in security and surveillance systems when he came across iFacility’s website. Nick commented:

“I was impressed – and a little intrigued – by the solutions that iFacility could offer. The Company had the same ethos as ourselves and their solution appeared not only to meet our immediate objectives but offer more besides.” “Of course we take security very seriously throughout Bradfords and realise that any new technology has to show clear business benefits and not just costs.”

Nick was particularly impressed that iFacility’s solutions, though at the leading edge in technology terms, don’t necessarily always demand a clean slate approach:

“We also liked iFacility’s migration paths that could allow us to use some of our existing investment in CCTV systems and still take advantage of some of the enhanced functionality.”

THE SOLUTIONBradfords’ new build store in Exmouth would see the first installation in the partnership between themselves and iFacility. After a thorough site survey an optimum number of internal and external IP cameras were installed to ensure no blind spots. Careful positioning would ensure that the same level of coverage will be maintained should changes be made in the store’s layout in the future.

The choice of high definition cameras ensured the highest picture quality at all times – even when zooming in to examine any specific incidents.

Following the Exmouth installation, further systems have been installed at stores in Dorchester, Cinderford and their new Tool Centre in Taunton.

THE BENEFITSStore Management and Loss Prevention

The flexibility of the iFacility installation is what appeals to Nick, being able to view the footage from any camera either onsite, centrally or remotely.

“It’s reassuring to know that we can burn footage of specific events for use remotely should it be needed for legal or police proceedings. We see this as one of the critical capabilities of the iFacility solution.” All the footage and associated data is retained and protected by the highest levels of security.

Remote Access Nick was also impressed with the opportunites our remote access solution offered:“With our original installations our team of regional security officers had to physically visit each store to monitor and assess security issues. Now they are beginning to check out potential problems in any iFacility enabled stores remotely. A large clear monitor can display video from several cameras at any of the stores in real time, and critically they can quickly retrieve the camera footage and view any incidents.

Future proofing and ScalabilityThe installations iFacility have provided Bradfords are scalable. If a store is reconfigured or enlarged, the system will easily adapt, and likewise when another store location needs to be added.

Support and MaintenanceAnother of the benefits of the solution delivered to Bradfords is the affordability. A full maintenance contract not only ensures the system always delivers the best possible results but makes budgeting easy with no unexpected costs.

The FutureNick appreciates that the relationship with iFacility is a partnership and very much an on-going one.

We are pleased with the results of our partnership to date and are looking forward both to future roll-outs and expanding the capabilities of our system in the future.

This has clear benefits for the company in reducing costs and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the security team.”

“It’s the ideal addition to a coordinated retail loss prevention and security strategy – it also has the potential to bring a host of other operational benefits to our business. We’d certainly recommend iFacility to other retailers.” Bruce Duncan, Retail Loss Prevention Manager,

Greggs plc

reggs the bakers is a much loved fixture of the high street. It’s the largest retail bakery chain in the UK, with more than 1,600 stores.

THE CHALLENGEGreggs recently undertook the biggest organisational restructure in its 70 year history and the company was looking to standardise its approach to retail loss prevention and security across its now extensive shop, bakery and office estate around the . The benefits of a standardised centrally controlled T system were considered. Bruce Duncan, Retail Loss Prevention anager at reggs, explains

A unified system is key to deterring potential criminals, providing Police with valuable post incident evidence and incentivising good internal controls and best practice. With this in mind, we contacted a number of suppliers, asking them to put together a proposal.

THE SOLUTIONiFacility’s IP T solution proposed the relevant number of IP cameras, a comprehensive recording and information portal with a full support and maintenance programme based on an assessment of individual shop and wider group requirements.

“iFacility was the only company to put an IP proposal together initially and we immediately saw that it was the more flexible, future proofed system as they clearly understood our re uirements and the demands of the system. Not only did it offer better picture uality and remote access, but also an improved payback through several other potential operational benefits.

iFacility’s personal approach also made an impression

iFacility was very professional from start to finish, e.g. they quickly reassured our IT department that the I solution integrated seamlessly with our existing infrastructure, with straigh orward installation and acceptable IT security controls. We were also impressed by their ability to coordinate an efficient supply chain, including an experienced hardware supplier, distributor and installation team.

THE BENEFITSSECURITY AND LOSS PREVENTIONIP technology delivers excellent picture uality, allowing uick and accurate identification of people as well as close up footage of events, excellent frame rates and intelligent recording using motion detection. Bruce, explains e’re very pleased with the uality of the high resolution images. e can watch live footage, take excellent still images or gather recorded footage from any location on the reggs IT network.

e’ve already successfully used the system on a number of occasions and are using it more and more on a daily basis.

HEALTH AND SAFETY BENEFITSameras are also located back of house, i.e. around

the food preparation area in each shop, helping to reassure staff and incentivise good practice and diligence. The picture uality is so good that we can use it to assist good health and safety practices in the shop environment, explains Bruce. The system will also potentially add value by deterring false claims and protecting the business against any potential litigation and unnecessary admin time.

STORE MANAGEMENTThe ability of the technology to be stretched to

different uses is impressive. For example we have the ability to use the system to monitor customer and stock levels in real time. It may also be used to identify customer hotspots to help us decide where to place point of sale most effectively and also to perform analysis for marketing purposes.

iFacility burn footage for us remotely and help to manage the re uests from an authorised manager and the police if needed, allowing our shop managers to focus on their obs and ensuring all relevant data is captured and stored.

F B , F F S SIP technology is totally future proofed, i.e. the system’s flexibility and functionality ensures maximum return on the original investment without the need for unnecessary cost. For example, additional cameras and sensors can easily be connected to existing store infrastructure and the T is able to be integrated with other systems, such as access control and EP S iFacility understood the level of investment for

reggs and ensured it would deliver a return for years to come.

SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCEThe solution included a full support and aintenance program, ensuring the ongoing investment is utilised to its maximum potential. iFacility have controlled remote access to the shops and monitor the cameras and recording equipment ensuring its uninterrupted operation and reliability . If a problem can not be resolved remotely, iFacility, with national coverage, can dispatch an engineer to a store In the event of a problem ensuring a first time fix.

reggs has full confidence in the system. Bruce says ur experience of iFacility has been extremely positive their technology is of excellent uality and is reassuringly adding value to our current security strategy.

THE CHALLENGEHertz wanted to upgrade their existing Car Rental site at Birmingham Airport to Hertz Gold. This improves the Hertz customer experience providing faster reservations, rentals and returns, as well as improving general Security and Health and Safety at the valeting and fueling centre at another part of the airport.

The Director of Corporate Security, Barry Fulbrook, selected iFacility to deliver the system: “We chose iFacility because they thoroughly researched the requirements for our facility in order to create the most suitable system for our needs.”

THE SOLUTIONiFacility performed a full assessment of the security requirements and installed a fully integrated solution. This incorporates IP megapixel CCTV cameras, Automatic Number plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras, secure barrier and blocker traffic management system and Intruder Alarm across the two locations.

SECURITY AND LOSS PREVENTIONThe cameras provide igh Definition images from around the site. “We’re also pleased with the entry and exit design, which sends a clear message that the area is a secured one, and acts as a deterrent against opportunist criminals.”

ACCESS CONTROLiFacility installed a bespoke access control system that was tailored exactly to the Hertz rental facility. Automatic barriers and rising kerbs give staff complete control over who is allowed to enter and exit. The intelligent ANPR cameras integrate with the

ertz system and allow greater visibility of ertz fleet movements.

OPERATIONS INCLUDING HEALTH AND SAFETYOne of the system’s key strengths is its ability to be stretched to other uses. Barry states: “As well as security, the CCTV system also brings operational and health and safety benefits. In the event of an incident, it can be utilised to recall evidence to assist our enquiries. It also allows regional managers to review the operation of the site at times when they may not be present.”

REMOTE ACCESSBarry added: “The ability to remotely log in to the iFacility platform and review it off site is a huge benefit. Any situation that would require site management to review the location live, or to recall previously recorded images would, ordinarily, result in a personal visit. The ability to securely view from an iPhone or Blackberry or personal computer provides the key benefits of effective time management and the reduction of travelling expenses.

Overall, Barry is delighted with the results and would recommend iFacility to be considered for similar projects: “It was refreshing to deal with a business that had a genuine interest and desire to provide a suitable system for the challenge faced. They have a good knowledge of the systems to be installed and have provided excellent after-sales service”

THE CHALLENGEMonkton Combe School is a leading independent school in Bath. After a number of break-ins, and on police recommendation, the Board agreed that surveillance across all of its entrances would help to keep pupils, staff and property safe. However, with several listed buildings, seven boarding houses and extensive grounds, finding an unobtrusive and affordable solution was a challenge.

THE SOLUTIONAndy lark, the school’s isk and Security fficer, approached several companies and eventually chose iFacility. Their sophisticated, high definition cameras work in minimal light, use intelligent motion detection and have wide-angled lenses, providing excellent coverage of the school’s many entrances. All footage is monitored from a central control point and can be viewed at any time.

Andy explains: “iFacility took great care to establish our requirements and came up with a solution that offered superb picture quality, minimal disruption and the best overall coverage. iFacility’s solution worked with our existing school network, which reduced our overhead costs and means that we can expand the system at our own pace.”

S F , S F Andy continues: “Since then we’ve had no break-ins and are looking forward to a reduction in our insurance premiums. The system has also become vital for health and safety. We recently installed one camera in the weights room and one over the outdoor swimming pool, to prevent pupils from using them without supervision. We’re also able to spot when pupils leave the school grounds without authorisation, or come back in during school holidays.”

A STARTLING DISCOVERYThe most surprising incident picked up by the CCTV system was completely unforeseen. Andy explains: “After reports of torchlight being spotted the previous night, I checked the cameras and was amazed to see two poachers prowling through the grounds and past the buildings. When the police saw the footage they were impressed by its quality and immediately identified the suspects. e’re confident that this will never happen again on our school grounds.”

F SS Monkton Combe School is now considering IP access control from iFacility for all of its boarding houses. Pupils and staff will be able to enter and leave using swipe cards, each of which can be individually set to operate during restricted times. This system is able to automate registration, prevent unauthorised access and help with health and safety.

“I would have no hesitation in recommending iFacility to other schools and colleges and would urge them to get in touch.”

We chose iFacility because their solution was more elegant, more practical, and easier to extend. To put it simply, iFacility talked sense. Andrew Smith, Head of Manufacturing

Numatic is a leading manufacturer of domestic, commercial and industrial cleaning equipment, which is distributed and sold worldwide. Over 700 people are employed at its main site in Chard, southwest England, which covers 25 acres, with over 500,000 square feet of factory and warehouse buildings.

Numatic’s existing analogue surveillance system was in need of an upgrade. Some cameras were failing, and coverage needed to be extended to a building that was separate from the main site. Numatic asked a number of CCTV suppliers to come up with their recommendations. Having received the proposals, they were faced with two equally expensive choices: extending and upgrading the existing analogue system, or replacing it entirely with a digital IP solution.

A SMARTER SOLUTIONThat’s where iFacility stepped in. Andrew Smith, Head of Manufacturing at Numatic, explains: “We knew that IP CCTV was the way forward, but were disappointed that it involved scrapping all of our existing cameras, not just the ones that were failing. When we heard about iFacility, we asked them to provide a proposal and were delighted with their recommendations. They suggested a more affordable IP solution that incorporated our existing analogue cameras. We only needed to buy new cameras in places where we were

This meant that we could upgrade the surveillance system progressively and without writing off our original investment.”

THE BENEFITS Andrew continues e uickly realised the benefits of the system; particularly how easy it was to deploy cameras in different areas. They’ve been invaluable for preventing break ins, identifying unauthorised visitors and theft.”

Better quality “Our security guards, who are on site at all times, are delighted with the new system, as they now have a much better view of all areas, both inside and outside buildings. In addition, they have intercom communication with, and remote operation of, a secondary entrance”

asier access “If there is anything to be investigated, such as an attempted break in, the security guards and senior management can easily access the system with a password, on any computer across the site.”

Faster deployment “We’re planning to build more factory units in the not too distant future. With this system, we don’t need to worry about expansion - all we need to do is add more cameras and connect them to our network.”

THE FUTURENumatic has just renewed its service contract with iFacility. “We’re very pleased with the support we have received from iFacility and I’d be happy to recommend them.”

Prozone provides the world’s leading football performance analysis service. Prozone’s technology offers real-time, post-match and opposition analysis, and is used by clubs throughout the UK, USA, Europe and the Middle East.

HOW IT WORKSIntelligent Sony network cameras installed throughout a stadium record each match in high definition. The live video footage is processed for match statistics by the Prozone analytics software. The footage informs and enhances every aspect of the coaching and management process. Prozone’s service is relied upon by clubs such as Manchester Utd, Real Madrid and Liverpool FC.

IP TECHNOLOGY: THE VITAL KEYAndy Calvert from Prozone, explains: “When iFacility came on board, it was a massive progression for our business. When we relied upon analogue cameras, we had to be present at each match to ensure that the equipment was working, gather the footage and send it to our production centre. iFacility’s technology allows us to remotely control any site around the world from our ead ffice. e can check that each camera is operational, record the live footage to a server and then transfer it from the server to our production centre. This gives us a huge time saving and has significantly enhanced our proposition.

As a leading supplier of heavy buses, coaches and trucks cania reat Britain is a national operation with service centres.

As part of their ongoing business review process, Scania reat Britain had identified the need for a future proof surveillance system on multiple sites that could be expanded and integrated with access control and security systems. On a visit to a customer’s site, Gary Power, Scania’s Regional After-Sales Manager saw iFacilitys surveillance system in use, and came away highly impressed.

“All our sites are manned 24/7 but we needed a surveillance system that gave us a variety of benefits, not least greater security,” explained Gary Power.

We wanted to be able to make sure vehicles were not being removed from sites, that health and safety procedures were being observed and that we could use the system as a management tool for staff. It was a tall order but the project was approached very logically by iFacility and it was all kept very simple from the outset.

FOR SITE SECURITYThe backbone of each of these systems comprises myFacility, a unique intelligent communication, management, diagnostic and support platform which lies at the very core of iFacility security solutions. Smartcare is set up using an IP network, totally independent of the Scania IT network and gives remote access via the internet to cameras and varying permissions for managers and selected personnel.

This allows camera images to be viewed from the manager’s laptop at home and other remote PCs. The cameras cover both internal and external areas, providing security for both vehicles and personnel.

AS A MANAGEMENT TOOLScania Great Britain’s managers are able to use the surveillance system and the monitoring it provides as excellent training materials for staff. Demonstrating how a job could be improved upon; showing how a supplier was perhaps not following health and safety protocol; even providing details of registrations of vehicles - all of these topics can be used to train staff in aspects of workplace safety and how to improve upon them. Should the need arise, the indepth security viewings could also prove vital to internal disciplinary hearings or prosecutions.

s a ma or, multi national car and van hire company, hri y is a well regarded name in business and personal vehicle rentals and one that can boast close to one hundred sites across the .

Well versed in the needs for surveillance at vehicle compounds, Thrifty’s Property Manager, Ian Stobart, was not happy with the technology incorporated in their existing security set up and was actively looking for a new, forward thinking and technologically advanced company to work with them on a nationwide basis.

Ian Stobart explains

We had an ongoing relationship with a security supplier for many years but, when I met iFacility, it was clear that they were keener, leaner and more up to date in their knowledge of new technology, surveillance and monitoring solutions.

There were specific issues that needed to be addressed at some of Thrifty’s key sites and these were looked at first, as iFacility drew up detailed specifications for appropriate surveillance solutions.

Adrian Dorey is iFacility’s ey Account anager for Thrifty Car Rental.

“One of Thri y’s sites is in a multi-storey car park in Bournemouth. It was a nightly occurance for late night revellers from local bars and casinos to wander into the Thri y site and cause a nuisance.”

In situations like this, it was important that the client could find out exactly what type of intruders’ they were, and allow them to address any problems appropriately.

F S S

Thrifty chose an IP security system, run over their internal broadband network, for all of their sites across the country.

This type of system provides a combination of high definition megapixel cameras, intruder and panic alarms and iFacility’s uni ue intelligent communication diagnostic and support platform myFacility’.

Access to all cameras was gained remotely from Thrifty’s Exeter head uarters, where all email alerts, offsite image recording, archiving and disaster recovery was centralised. In addition, a Thrifty branded web portal, remote diagnostic monitoring and dedicated support manager were provided to complete the iFacility package.

As well as addressing the nuisance issue and the possibility of damage to the premises and property, Thrifty were also concerned about the security of their onsite staff, who often worked alone at night. Adherence to current Health and Safety egulations was also re uired. Ian Stobart is understandably delighted with the outcome:

“ taff know how easy it is for us to see what is going on at various sites and feel very secure. I think they are also more conscientious about their own role in security - locking up and so on - as they know all sites activity is being recorded.”

W S S

The detailed planning stages of the security installation have meant that a programme of pest eradication could be undertaken at some sites to ensure that pigeons and other pests do not trigger false alerts. But the over-ridding success is that, according to Ian, the new system has stopped all negative site security issues completely.

Thrifty have added voice capabilities to some of their systems and are looking to ensure that their security and surveilance systems stay one step ahead at all times.

Paul urran, Technical Director for iFacility said

“There is no easy solution for this kind of multi-site operation as each site o en has specific issues. But technology is advancing all the time and we make sure that we use that to the client’s advantage. Thri y’s roll out is evidence of just what can be done by intelligent planning, listening to the client and always keeping an eye on new ways to do things.

We have enjoyed a long relationship with Thri y that will grow further as we get to understand further issues that affect their business and the problems they are presented with on a daily basis.”

We were confident that iFacility would be the best partners to work

Following the initial installation in seven sites across the South West, the system was progressively rolled out at both existing and new sites across the and Europe.

SiFacility supplied IP CCTV, a sophisticated alarm system and access control for Willmotts’ 16 acre transport yard. Andy explains: “We have 32 external cameras covering the entrance and exits from our 3 yards. We also have a dome camera which I can manipulate, meaning I can monitor activity across the site.”

I have two screens in my office displaying clear live video from every camera. This means that I can monitor all 3 site’s without having to leave my desk. I also access the CCTV on my phone when I’m away from the site. I can easily view old video when I need to, just by entering the date and time on my computer.”

larm system “The site now has increased security with an alarm system that’s connected to the CCTV. An alert is raised if someone walks into a zoned area in our transport yard. On-site managers are alerted initially, followed, if required, by the police.”

ccess control “Both external and internal CCTV covers our driver welfare facility, protecting employees and their possessions. There are five security locks giving us total confidence in the system. I know when and where people are at all times”

Andy continues: “I’m very pleased - iFacility are always there when I need them and respond to queries quickly. I’ve recommended iFacility to other businesses.”

“The great benefit is that we can access the cameras using a computer or our mobile phones. Whether we are just around the corner, or on the other side of the country, we can log in and see what’s happening, day and night. This allows significant savings in both cost and time as many problems can now be resolved remotely.” Tom Shepherd, Sales Director

Woodford Forest and Landscape is a leading supplier for fencing and landscaping products in the West. Their premises include a large warehouse, retail area, o ces and grounds in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The company carries out its manufacturing and retail activities on these premises, and also holds a significant amount of valuable e uipment for hire. roducts include domestic and agricultural fencing, gates, sheds, decking and tools.

THE CHALLENGE Woodford’s existing analogue CCTV system was beginning to function poorly - it was only available for viewing rather than recording.

Tom Shepherd, Sales Director, explains: “The analogue system was in urgent need of updating. We spoke to several CCTV companies and were particularly impressed when iFacility demonstrated their system. It was a higher quality package that was easier to upgrade than others we had seen.”

THE SOLUTIONiFacility recommended an affordable solution that would enable oodford to install three high definition surveillance cameras, with the option to easily expand the system in future should they need to. “We currently have one camera covering our retail shop area, another covering our main external yard, and another covering our storage yard and bottom gate. We get a superb wide-angled full colour view of the premises which is displayed on large flat screen displays in the office and retail area.

THE BENEFITSAs well as site security, the system is used:

To monitor the premises, checking that activities are running smoothly across the site

To view the premises if the burglar alarm is activated; the management team are notified and can instantly log into the system day and night

To check that health and safety procedures are being followed

Tom continues, “Pre-recorded footage can be pinpointed quickly and easily, just by entering a date and time. I resolved a staff situation using this method just last week. Information can also be archived and used as evidence in the unlikely event of a break in. I would be happy to recommend iFacility to any other company.”

Case StudyTri UK

ri , based in eovil in Somerset, is the s largest triathlon store and mail order specialist.

heir store offers a true one stop shop for triathletes, swimmers, runners and cyclists. t s owned and managed by hris Boon.

Chris’s store is packed with everything a triathlete could need. The warehouse style store boasts a stock of over 1000 wet suits (along with an endless pool in which prospective purchasers can test them), cycles from class-leading brands such as Giant, Cervelo and Boardman and every conceivable accessory. A substantial and valuable collection. There’s a cafe too where you can catch up with the latest developments in the sport over a cappuccino. Chris realised that when it came to ensuring the security of this stock he didn’t just need a comprehensive security system, he needed to work with a like-minded company:

“We’ve built an enviable reputation in the triathlon field through treating each of our customers as an individual, providing the kit – and advice – that help each reach the peak of their abilities.

eople know that when they visit Tri , they will get the best possible service. When we were looking around for a company to provide our security needs we wanted a company that shared those same core values. That’s what we found with iFacility.”

It was clear that any solution would have to ensure the security of the main stock lines but also provide coverage for smaller, low and high value items. It would also need to take into account the detailed store layout and give sufficient flexibility to allow for layout changes without compromising coverage.

SThe system finally chosen for the initial installation comprised an appropriate number of D tamperproof dome cameras that give total coverage to the interior with no blind spots. Supporting these is a multichannel video management and recording software installation, along with all supporting infrastructure.

“iFacility’s I proposal was the only solution that delivered a system with the required exibility to support our current needs and our plans to expand the sales oor. The solution also provided exceptional picture quality and the option of remote access. We were also impressed by the same quality in the replayed video and the easy access to required footage.”

We also liked iFacility’s individual approach and professionalism that ensured the installation was conducted swi ly and with the minimum of disruption.

THE BENEFITSSecurity and loss preventionThat excellent picture quality that Chris refers to allows close-up footage of events and incidents and makes for rapid and accurate identification of people. The camera deployment also ensures there are no areas that are left unprotected even when the store is busy or displays are reconfigured.

Store ManagementWith an overview of the store presented in real time it becomes easy to determine hotspots and the most effective places to position point of sale and key product lines. Tri also has the opportunity to remotely monitor stock levels. There is also the assurance that should an incident occur the relevant video data is all securely stored allowing staff in the store to concentrate on providing the best experience for the customers.

Remote Access ne of the benefits of the iFacility solution is the

access to the cameras. No matter where hris is in the store, at home or taking part in sport himself he can, via the uni ue myFacility portal, see exactly

what’s going on. e can choose any camera view, take snapshots from any screen and much more.

Future proofing and ScalabilitySuccessful companies like Tri don’t stand still, so when they needed to grow their retail space, installing a mezzanine level, the iFacility team returned. They rapidly revised the CCTV system to adapt to the in-store changes to ensuring the store remains as secure as ever despite the significant increase to the retailing space.

iFacility’s I proposal was the only solution that delivered a system with the required exibility to support our current needs and our plans to expand the sales oor

Support and MaintenanceThe solution for Tri includes a full support and Maintenance programme that ensures the investment is used to its maximum potential. iFacility has controlled remote access to monitor the cameras and recording equipment ensuring its uninterrupted operation and reliability. nexpected BenefitsBesides the obvious, are there any additional benefits to a comprehensive system such as this? Chris points out an incident a while back where the system came to the aid of his stock controller: “We had just had a delivery that included a rather expensive custom part that we’d managed to source for a customer. It had been put somewhere safe but we couldn’t remember where. The camera system came to our aid and helped us locate it”
