QUESTION 1: -

Do you think only certain individuals are attracted to these

types of jobs, or is it the characteristics of the jobs themselves

that are satisfying?

ANSWER: -

In our point of view only certain individuals are attracted

towards these kinds of jobs, because the characteristics of job

are not satisfying. These individuals are compromising with the

jobs. People have to work about 80—100 hours. But they are

still doing these kinds of jobs, because they are themselves

interested and motivated towards these kinds of jobs.

QUESTION 2: -

What characteristics of these jobs might contribute to

increased levels of job satisfaction?

ANSWER: -

1- Work Environment

2- Benefits and Compensation

3- Working Hours

4- Supervisors

5- Team Work

QUESTION 3: -

Give that the three individuals we just read about tend to be

satisfied with their jobs, how might this satisfaction relate to

their job performance, citizenship behavior and turnover?

ANSWER: -

These individuals are highly satisfied with their jobs,

due to this reason their performance is good at their

work

These individuals are promoting their organization

everywhere. This shows that they are voluntarily

engage in behavior that go beyond their formal job

requirement.

Because of their satisfaction and motivation towards

job they don’t want to learn the organization at any

cost.
