Limited, converted into Public Limited Company in year 2008 is

an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, engaged in

manufacturing a wide range of Cold Rolled Steel including metal

crash barrier, Telecom Towers and Transmission Line Towers, Hot

Dip Galvanized Steel.

Company had set up a unit to manufacture Towers & Metal

Crash Barrier (to be used for road furniture) at Kala Amb,

Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh.

It has a state of the art galvanizing plant of Hasco Design from UK

with 8 meter bath ensuring high quality of galvanizing meeting

the required specifications of the customers.

Case Cold Roll Forming Limited, in its state-of-the art plant

designs, produces and installs a wide range of Guard Rails

conforming to the usage and application requirements of users,

using the latest cold roll forming technology.

Infrastructure Itself.

At present, CCRFL is undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process(“CIRP”) in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and BankruptcyCode, 2016, (“IBC”). The CIRP of CCRFL was initiated, pursuant to an order datedDecember 11th, 2018 of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), NewDelhi Principal Bench.

NCLT vide its order dated December 11th, 2018 appointed Mr. Sanjay Gupta asInterim Resolution Professional (“IRP”).

Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) appointed Mr. Sanjay Gupta as ResolutionProfessional (“RP”) for conducting the CIRP of CCRFL in its first meeting of CoC.

Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), New Delhi ,Principle Bench, passed theorder of Liquidation in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and BankruptcyCode, 2016, (“IBC”) on November 5th, 2019.

Mr. Sanjay Gupta was appointed as Liquidator

interested parties
